Watumull Institute of Electronic Engineering and Computer Technology Mumbai Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

In my college students become eligible for placements starting from 6th semester. a few companies visit, with around 5 offers made . The highest package made till date is of 8LPA and average package is of 1.5LPA. onlu a small percentage of students secure placments. After completing my degree, I have planned to pursue higher studies by giving the GATE exam in CS.

As I have talked to seniors,they have said companies do come in our college to hire people,but at the end the salary would be less.and i would suggest you pls don't be dependent about college placement,always set a goal for an offcampus placement,up skill your self and you are good to go,by the way this year 5 companies did came to our college

Students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester i.e 3rd year. some of the companies such as Infosys, Accenture, BNP Paribas, Zeus Learning, etc visited the campus. The avg package offered was between 3-4 LPA. The highest package was offered was 6 LPA. Most students get placed off-campus.

Like I mentioned before Infosys, Accenture, BNP Paribas, Zeus Learning, Atos Syntel, etc visited the campus. The avg package offered was between 3-4 LPA. The highest package was offered by BNP Paribas of 6 LPA. However you need to have more than 60% aggregate in order to be eligible for most of the companies, some companies consider 55% as well but the majority of them want more than 60%, so it's better to be on the safer side. 70% of the students do get placed in college. The placement offer makes a FB or WhatsApp grp and notifies the grps if there are any openings. I am pursuing my MBA after passing out after working in the Ed-Tech Sector for a couple of years.

L&T and TCs are two major companies coming to on campus placement. I don’t know the exact steps as I am in third year and I know to qualify to sit in interview there is basic gpa required. And there are approx 3 rounds of interview.

The placement in our college is average mainly because it shifted from a very popular place(worli) to a suburban(ulhasnagar). So not many companies visit our college for placement but we do have pool campus throughout the year. Around 80% of eligible students got placed this year.

There are some placement opportunities but only if you have a very high C.G.P. You can opt for placement from outside the campus and you have to take your own efforts for your own placements and have to work on your own.

The placement of in college is good but not best. From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. TCS, JPMC, Accenture, Capgemini are the companies I know that visited. And till now 49 offers are made, the highest package is 12LPA and average package is 6.5LPA around 90% of students are getting placed. My plan is to do a job after getting a degree.

Earlier the Institute had good placements for all the departments however due to the decline of the Biomedical Department there were no placements companies coming. That was disappointing. The TPO didn't bring a single company.

Placement of this college is good but due to shifting process from worli to ulhasnagar their is less placements less company participate in placements. College does not provide any kind of internship.
