The college employs over 40 faculty members across various departments, each led by a Head of the Department (HOD) with at least 10 staff reporting to them. The faculty-to-student ratio is 50:1, providing accessible support and guidance. Faculty members are generally well-qualified, with some holding doctoral degrees and possessing industry experience, enhancing their teaching capabilities. Despite this, there are concerns about teaching standards not meeting university expectations, with some faculty showing partiality and inconsistent behavior.
The faculty's ages range from 30 to 55, and while most exhibit good subject knowledge and a positive attitude, a few fall short in teaching effectiveness and communication. The college also features well-equipped labs and a comprehensive library, aiding students' academic pursuits. Regular daily tests are conducted to improve students' knowledge, and a significant portion of students (90%) have successfully cleared exams before course completion.
