Likes

Placement is great in thadomal Shanani college
Facilities services are good and hygiene
Teacher's are good and excellent at there service

Dislikes

No ground for playing sports and no equipment
It is far from my home and travelling takes a lot of time
No event happen in college regarding cultural activities

Internships Opportunities:

College will give internship in 3year and placement starts from 4year and internship is compulsory to everyone in 3 year . In thadomal Shanani big company come like Deloitte and Tcs . Here we learn about how the company works and get experienced for job.

A very good option for B.E course

Likes

The faculty and staff of the college is top notch with a very good experience.The college is located in a very developed area in Bandra.All the amenities and other facilities are well available near the college area

Dislikes

The college has some cigarette shops outside their gates why impacts the health of students

Internships Opportunities:

College students start to get internship from the second year onwards from very good companies . Oracle,jp Morgan,etc offer internship to students from various courses.The eligibility criteria or test required for gaining internship is good score and an interview from the company

A journey through College life

Likes

I like the vibe of the college. The people here are great. And very helpful.
The students are very supportive to each other
The faculty is great and really helpful to students

Dislikes

The sitting arrangement could have been better in canteen
We need to travel back and forth from one building to another as both the buildings arent connected.
The lift in the old bldg is very small and accomodates few people at a time

Bercleys was one of the company providing internships at our college If you are great at academics and have the skills required as per their requirements. You will be eligible to work through their internships

Teachers are very nice and helpful they are available every moment
The campus is very nice there are two buildings
There is canteen in campus and campus is very big

Amazon google phonepay wipro and many other companies comes to offer internship in our college for various position and projects which help students in various ways and give them better experience for their upcoming job

Likes

The boys girls ratio is the biggest positive here it's almost 40-60
The faculties are highly skilled and helpful
The placements are too good here like almost 80 percent of students from comps it branch get placed.

Dislikes

No college campus area as such so you gotta go out of the college to explore.
The fees structure I believe is a bit too high .
There are only a few student committees.

Internships Opportunities:

On campus internship opportunities are provided by the college but they're not as prominent as the placements here. Like only 35-40 students out off 400 students got selected for the internship opportunities so yeah not that impressive. Companies like Deutsche Bank and oracle visited here and offered 75k and 50k stipend respectively for the role of software developer intern. Other companies include general mills, Colgate, Barclays.

The best thing I liked about my college is that it has Anti Ragging Campus.
The second thing is the coordination of the students with principal sir and HOD ma'am.
The college has the best events managed by the faculty and also by the students like sports, freshers party and traditional days.

Dislikes

Some of its faculty is not cooperative at all which I think should be improved.

Internships Opportunities:

I don't know about internship companies because I am eligible to apply for it in my third year and now I'm in second year. But I've heard that mass students get an opportunity to apply for internship.

Last year general mills with some stipend, Colgate with stipend, Deutsche bank with 75000 rs stipend per month and many more companies came to give opportunities to the student. The jp morgan gave code for code opportunity while not many students where selected

Internships Opportunities:

Microsoft gave 1.25 lakh to one student Deutsche Bank gives a stipend of 75k per month and 6 students have got that yet. JP Morgan & Chase gives a stipend of 70k per month and around 25-30 students got that opportunity. Barclays also gives 75k per month and around 10 students got that opportunity These are the information about the summer internship and there are many more companies giving the internship opportunities to the fellow students

From 3 years you are eligible for placement. Various good company visits. For chemical engineering, offers are up to 10 lakhs. The highest package is 20 and the lowest is 4-5. In chemical engineering, very less students get placed 30-40 percent. After my bachelor, I will do a master's.

Many companies come to our college for providing internship opportunities (Note that I am still in SE and haven't yet done an internship but will do an internship in the coming years) so I am not much aware of the roles offered in the internship. Companies like JP morgan provides internship and if you work well you directly get pre-placement offer
