SIT Pune - An Overview.

Can only get hostel for first year, after that we have to take flat in the locality on rent. Rent is really high and college is full of brokers who are out to outright steal money from you

Hostel Facilities:

Hostels are really good, hot water 24/7, big enough rooms, good building Infra with lift being allowed for our use (we have 4 floors on hostels). Hostel Wi-Fi is SHIT and we don't get signal on our phones inside hostel I don't know why. Water tanks get cleaned weekly. Adequate lighting. Mess is ok only, food isn't tasty but it is healthy food and it gets your stomach full. Imo hostel is really good for its price, only Rs.1 lakh for all they give, is really nice. But we only get hostel for first year , they don't have enough rooms for more than first years. It would be 5 stars if we go hostel in other 3 years and network issue wasn't this bad.

Not enough hostels for boys after third year

Hostel Facilities:

There was no AC in the hostels per room has 3 persons sharing. 1 table, 1 chair, 1 bed with matress , 1 shelf and a common washroom and a common shoe rack is given. Cupboards are also given per person drying rods are common

Dislikes

The hostels although safe might sometimes be overwhelming due to some unnecessary rules and regulations. The guards although friendly and supportive, this might not be the same in case of some of the wardens or employees of campus admin office.
There are some regulations in campus which might seem less sensible such as not allowing more than 3 people in a room ( not even from the same hostel) .
There were some instances where the hygiene of the mess could be called questionable. This was rare but there were such cases.

Hostel Facilities:

A hostel room accommodates 3 students. The amenities provided are- an attached toilet as well as a bathroom, beds, study tables, shelves, a shoe rack, cupboards, fan, rods for drying clothes, and unlimited Wi-Fi. There is a mess committee which decides the menu for every week and it is posted every Sunday evening or Monday mornings. The meal qualities can be varying. Sometimes the food is delicious and good quality while sometimes there might be issues related to hygiene or even the subtle taste. Students can register for hostels through the website provided by the college by simple paying the fees for hostel and mess. The hostel rooms are given on first come first serve basis so make sure you register early for an in campus hostel. There are also off-campus pg's and hostels information about which can be procured from the administration office.

Hostel Facilities:

Hostel facilities are good and in common room cooking favilities are also available .there is 3 sharing and 4 sharing hostel rooms wothout coolers . You also get a seperate almirah and a desk to study on. Meal quality is okayish. Here near the collehge you can also rent pg in nearby locality called susgaon.

there is only 3 sharing accommodation without ac. everything is provided in the hostel . the food quality of mess is also way better than other colleges and menu have different options. every year there is shortage of hostel allotment so try to apply early for hostel

There's an attached bathroom and options for 3 or 4 sharing rooms. There's WiFi available of 300MBps with torrent blocking features Meal quality is average along with the menu. It's decent but not too good Registration process is smooth. You just have to fill forms and talk to the hostel coordinator while taking admission in college I stay in hostel so don't know about PG

The room has a bed, table, cupboard, shelves, buckets, mattress, and fans. Food is also good when compared to other colleges. There is an in time of 10.30 pm at night. if you want to rent a room or pg you can look in susgaon, many people stay there.

We were in sharing, in total we were three in one room. The faculty was decent but if you reach late to hostel-like after 10 pm then they literally call your parents and give you a warning and end of the 3 warning student get out of the hostel

Hostel Facilities:

The hostel room is 3 sharing, so you have to share with other 2 fellows but it is nice and good space. Each room has its own bathroom and washroom. But it is limited so if you are thinking of a hostel, apply fast for it otherwise you will regret it. The meal was like 5 days good but 2 days poor. So you have to arrange that from swiggy or other places. The registration process is some paperwork after booking your seat in this college.

Hostel Facilities:

hostel facility is good, you get one bed one desk, one chair and shelf to keep your things, big wadrobe is there, and 3 people share one room. Also washroom is attached in every room. You can roam in the campus and out till 10:30 pm.
