About SVCET.

Likes

Faculty really helped very well sharing the apps that helps to gain the certificates and to learn the new things.
Campus life is good we have good friends and then we have the labs that help us to work on the theory.
We also have placement facilities on that some of the people got 1 to 3 jobs each.And are really working on their dream jobs.

Dislikes

As everywhere there will be people like every one should listen to them so.
Nothing much to describe about disliked about the college everything will have pros and cons and want to adjust for everything.

Placement Experience:

From Third year (3 rd year) Second Semester(2nd sem) the placements will begin it means that students become eligible for campus placements. So many companies like wipro, L & T ,Infosys , Capgemini , Mphasis and so on. I got one later of intent and attempted many interviews. Its around 30 to 60 I guess.

The great review of college svcet

Likes

Most of the staff is really helpful here they will go out of there way to clear your doubts if have any
Campus is huge and free, clear fresh air comes and goes through classes ventilation is good
Social life is the best here you can roam around with your friends and won't even know when the time passed

Dislikes

There is no food court and there is only a single small stall for stationary and other small snack items could improve there
Most of the staff is friendly but there are some faculty who will treat you harshly if you ever did a mistake infront of them they will get on your nerves and irritate you
The security staff also treats you harshly if you don't wear your uniform properly

Placements are below average in the college only very few get placed with very basic package of 3.5 lpa, no of companies visiting are 6-7 the highest package received is 20 lpa , percentage of students getting placed is less than 5% my plans after getting my degree is to find for a job

collage timing is very good starting at 9:30 to 3:50

for some cases the faculty is worst like other braches like IOT,ECE
computer cabins are not good its diffucult to use
out side of the collage has some of ragging

the placements are very lees in this collage ,for training purposes they will give upto 8k stipends the companies are accenture infosys capgemini cognizent the projects are mostly on ML and AI

Activites like organizing Hackthons , events based on Knowledge.
Implementing the new courses for the students to learning
college environment i liked mostly very disciplined and greenary campus

Dislikes

Some teachers they don't the depth of subject simply they teach basics
perfomance of lab programs they wont teach. students also typing the program blindly.
Students also not at all intersted to participate the events

Internships Opportunities:

internship opportunities in our college is mostly startup comapines are played a key role mainly L&T company giving chances to students with best skills and a good stipend . and another company 24ai this company also giving the best intern roles and good stipend so that we can get experince on the completing the projectes and assigenments i have completed data analysis in a hospital data .

Good library and central computer lab facilities.
Good, interactive and experienced faculty.
Campus life is good and mobile phones are allowed.

Dislikes

Strict, unnecessary rules will be improvised sometimes.
Often demand frequent and upfront fee payments, creating pressure.
Clubs and student activities are very rare.

Students are eligible to placements from 3rd year. During our batch companies like Hyundai mobis, Amaron and Kia visited the campus and offers made are around 45% of the students. Highest package was 3 LPA by Amaron for the role of Jr. Engineer and average package was 2LPA for some entry level roles. The overall percentage of students placed is around 55%. I have planned to do graduation after this diploma.

College life is a memorable life in part of life.

Likes

I like college environment and classroom in my college very good atmosphere and nature, really I loved that atmosphere .
Faculty is very good and they teach very clear and concise way they are good professors and they treat students like friends .
The college provides scholarships so students dont worry about money because it is very less amount i think so choose sri venkateswara college of engineering and technology.

Dislikes

Things i disliked in my college is especially canteen i dont like.
Things i disliked in my college is benches , because of very small benches they provide.
Things i disliked in my college is fees deadline , without paying fees they did not provide hallticket.

Internships Opportunities:

I am selected in Kriya next wealth pvt ltd in chittoor i got internship in this company with the stipend of 10000 and many companies will provided internships. my project is currency detection using open cv in machine learning and college will provide trainer for project . the outcome is i learned hands on experience.
