I love the mentors they were very friendly
Fest was amazing and it will be conducted nicely

Dislikes

I don’t like the students in the college
I don’t like the management and they don’t take any expenses in the programs

Admission:

Actually my college doesn't provide any scholarships nor placements.They were interested in making money and the students doesn't have any practical knowledge they were only good in academics and it should be improved

Likes

Things that i liked include my friends, atmosphere. Teachers are friendly and co-operative.

Dislikes

Management doesn't function properly. They wont teach properly. Also there are no other extra curricular activities or functions etc.
Very less campus area and just a single building.
No proper library. Also labs are also not that efficient.

I have applied to UC college, aluva. But i got admissions to sngist college. I have completed my bachelors in biotechnology from st marys college,Thrissur. And applied for my masters in several colleges including sngist. There are no other competent exams for admissions. Eligibility for this course is BSC biotechnology for a cutoff of 55%.

Life in my college

Likes

As for the faculty, the members and assistant professors are very friendly and encourage us for evey up and downs . We feel better and free when we talk to them.
The lab facilities is very so-so. There are many equipments in lab that we don't even know or that is not workable. Only few microscopes are good .
One thing I personally like is programs like arts day, onam celebration, christmas celebration are celebrated very festivaley and grand.

Dislikes

The quality of infrastructure is very bad. when there is a rain , there will be water inside the building. The cleaning staff are always mopping around because of this. The college is situated far away from bus stop and we have to walk kms everyday
Campus life is very boring, morelike there is no campus , no sitting place . Only green grass with scorching hot.
Canteen is so bad and doesn't have any things to eat . They don't provide good food .

Admission:

This college was my 4th option and my parents just want a college near our home . So i don't have to stay in a hostel(even though,i was okay with staying). In first allotment I got a call from this college and went for admission.there was also a simple interview. I got this college through merit quota and doesn't have any knowledge about the college. From the first week I got bored of this college. Admission process was good and they explained about the college and course scopes .

A Balanced Perspective : Pros & Cons Of My College Experience

Likes

Good Staff : The faculty in the college is good and they provide good set of study materials.
Good Infrastructure : The classrooms, labs, library and all are well equiped.
Affordable Fees : The fees for one year is Rs.25,000, which is reasonable as compared to other colleges.

Dislikes

Less Placements : Only few good companies visited the campus as part of placements, but still the opportunities are not too less.
Less programs & events : Unlike art colleges, programs conducted are very less.
Fine System : For matters like late attendence, even for less than 5 minutes, fines are imposed.

Admission:

* I got admission based on my KEAM rank in merit. * Admission details can be recieved by contacting the SNGIST Office. * Reservation benefits are there I hope, not sure. * All the exams are conducted on-time, with medium difficulty levels. * As of now, the admission process do not need any improvements.

Likes

Management was excellent, because they treat us as their own kids.
Faculties are so friendly and also so qualified.
Overall campus life was awesome, extra curricular activities are there for everyone.

Dislikes

The spece in campus could be better, like space for spend free times etc.

I got admission in the college by first I was studying in other institution then the college was shutdown then I transfer into this college my first college name was Kmp now it sngist thus I transfer in the college in second year itself and make an name
