Most of the faculty working there have been passed out from same college.
Some of the faculties are experienced but still they are not able to forward their experience to their students.
They should hire some more experienced faculties.

Faculty was not at all qualified for engineering field because all were college pass-outs and B.Sc, M.Sc degree holder which was not AICTE standard. Faculty didn't have practical knowledge.
