Faculty members are experts in their respective fields, with many possessing master's and Ph.D. degrees. The civil engineering department has six faculties, all postgraduates, with the HOD being a retired NIT Prayagraj professor. The faculty-student relationship is fostered through interactive teaching and an ancient education system approach, contributing to the college's high admission rates. However, some faculty members are considered average in their delivery and handling of students in class.
