The things i liked about this college is that the faculty here is very helpful they solve the problems i am facing with
The fees is very less compared to other colleges and the course they provide is diverse so people can choose from many of the streams avalaible over here
The campus life is very peaceful there is no case of ragging though there are some rules and regulations which we need to follow but they are for our own good

Dislikes

The college is very old schooled and their methods of mentoring needs a upgrade
The college is CSVTU affiliated which is like the worst case scenario for a student no matter how hard the studentstudiestheyfailin one subjects and even after reevaluation the marks does not increase but after rereevaluation the marks suddenly spike
The hostel condition is bad like i have a broken tap and a ceiling which leaks i filed a complain but they are doing nothing

I chose this college over other colleges because it is near my house and also the feese is very less compared to other colleges since it provides the course that i wanted to learn also they sain that their placement percentage is above the charts that other colleges in chattishgarh does not provide befor coming here i applied to kk modi institute of technology and also kalinga university of technology but i rejected their offer because their fees is very high and the other college is very new so i didn't want my future to be in a question mark i heard that ssipmt is very prominent and is very good at academics therefore i choose this college, to enter this college you need either to appear in jee or to qualify in cuet exams then you can contact the college that you want to enter the college then they will help you out in the further processes that are needed to enter also if you are from the locality or if you are from sc/st/obc community you can get a discounted fees and a scholarship upto 1 lakh rupees

Perfect tour of my college

Likes

They have a good faculty members. Teachers are supportive they care about us ,they tell us what to do how to get placed what to do to crack an intership how to study. There labs a also well maintained.
Campus is strict for any forms of ragging
They want students to be in discipline, not to bunk classes they take the full record for that.

Dislikes

Classrooms are big . Too much students around 150 students sit in one class as of year 1 due to which we feel too much uncomfortable and hot as they provide AC but that didn't work for that many students
They are very strict for attendence not letting us to skip one class
Some teachers are not as good they are just ordinary they teach and they didn't care about students if they understand or not

Admission:

This college is best as far as the news we get in the category of private colleges it provides placements to the qualified ones. Teaching is good but some teachers are just regular i sound like confusing you but belive me this college is like that you can do all that by yourself if you study sincerely along with mastering your skills, building your connections. I didn't get rejection from any colleges i have firstly applied here only and i get selected i have scored a rank of 1248 in CGPET exam as this college accepts students on the basis of CGPET and JEE and admission process is very easy they tell you and assist you to how to do it. This college is mostly preferred by the students who wants to pursue their future in TECHNOLOGY they take CSE core , DATASCIENCE, AIML, AI etc our college has idea lab the first lab in the chhattisgarh and belive me it is soo good they have all sorts of machines and tech that you will use in your projects if you have.

Likes

Things I Like in SSIPMT Raipur: 1. Supportive faculty and good placement support 2. Clean campus with modern infrastructure 3. Affordable fees with scholarship options.
4. Regular tech, cultural, and sports events 5. Active student clubs and extracurriculars 6. Wi-Fi enabled, well-equipped campus
7. Affordable hostel facilities with food 8. Access to digital library and e-resources 9. Skill development workshops and seminars

Dislikes

Lack of sports events and limited sports facilities
A little more strict attendance policy but still better then others
Compulsory CT exams and with less gaps inbetween exams

Admission:

I got admission in SSIPMT Raipur through CGPET. I didn’t apply to BIT Durg, only filled for SSIPMT because I had heard about its good placements and support from seniors. No rejection from anywhere — I cleared CGPET and passed 12th PCM, so eligibility was fine. Admission Process: CGPET rank-based 12th pass with PCM Online counselling, then offline document verification Preferred Exam: CGPET Cutoff for CS/IT: Usually within 10k rank Whole process was smooth and simple.

Placement training and guidence we have Mentors
There are only 4 clubs of toastmasters in Chhattisgarh and Ssipmt is one of the college this is a great opportunity
SSIPMT is only college have Ideal Club in Raipur Chhattisgarh

Dislikes

Far from main city Raipur Chhattisgarh it's like in rural area
Sometimes feels some of the faculty members doesn't take some opportunities seriously
there is no proper or official senior junior interraction

Academia and Beyond: reviewing ssipmt raipur

Likes

Placement traning is good. teacher are trying to get good out of us and some time guid us .
idea lab session of IOT are held and teacher are trying to get good out of us
proper equipment are available in our lab for project work

Dislikes

some teacher are unable to control the class room student are always shouting in the class create unhealthy environment
75% attendence category is very difficult to mentain,not helping in out future growth
campus is too small as compair to another . hostel food is awful and not good for health. it create health issue in long term

Admission:

i chose this collage over other becaue it is nearest to my home town. and best in the area in term of only placement. the atmostpher of my collage is good for only semester study exploration is dufficult in this atmostpher if you want to explore the event . collage not going to sponsor eventhough you have some of those event the 75% attendence category is killing the dream of exploration ,

My college is good at in it's infrastructure .
There are clubs like NCC ,NSS and TOASTMASTER .
we have good teaching facilities available in the college .

Dislikes

The minimum 75 percent attendance requirement .
Not experienced faculties and not enough staff for teaching .
Our college is situated very far from the city .

Admission:

i select this college of mine because my elder brother was from this college and it is situsted in the capital of our stste which makes it easier to access for many things and for the edmission i have given my cgpet exam followed by the counselling session our college .

Likes

Our college has best security and canteen facilities also the parking facilities are good.
Overall management and facilities are good also graded as NAAC A+
Our college idea lab facility is also a best opportunity given by the college

Dislikes

The events organisation in the college is currently very less.
Canteen facilities can be more enhanced.
Not all buses are comfortable, some are very loud and old

Admission:

I have opted this college because of the moderate fees structure, rather than other colleges in the city also this college provides the AICTE idea lab which other colleges don't have also this college have many placement and intership opportunities than other colleges.

Some of the main reasons why I choose this college Was its proximity from my house and among private colleges in my state I believed it to be the best And among the other colleges i applied to were bit durg but didn't go because of its reputation To apply into college jee or cgpet is mandatory with a good enough score required Alongside other important documents
