Some teachers are experienced and mtech qualified so it impacts on students' learning experience ,teacher-student ratio is like that 1 teacher for 2,3 branches every branch have 10,20 students ,less practical knowledge of teacher impacts on students knowledge and also I faced this problem

The faculty of college is different for every department and this college provide vast variety of course. For btech department the faculty is very good , the learning experience here is very immersive and easy.

Faculy in saroj institute of technology was not so good except first year. In first year almost all faculy is good and knowledgeable and they are very supportive to learn but from 2nd year very low quality teacher was assigned to teach for example from 2nd year teacher have not practical knowledge. They have only theoratical knowledge which is bad because in current market practical knowledge is mandatory.

The faculty in saroj institute of technology and management lucknow is best which is change time to time to find better faculty for every subject.This will better help for student as well as management to find better result. Faculy of B.tech. vary from semester to semester but I think every faculty is good.

Some of the faculties are bad and most of them are worst. Only very few are good, good in knowledge and good in behaviour. Faculties are devided into two part, one who do buttering to management(mainly to top level hierachy) and the who are real good and want to teach.

They didn't have any quality for a teacher. I am not saying for all faculty but about 95% faculty was worst. And special features were, lack of knowledge, lack of patience. Lack of politenes. They they have been grouping with student and teacher. And tortured to students on the basis of attendance. And mist worst thing was they asked money for internal marks.

Faculty of college is total crap except 3-4 in each deptt i was from CS dept. and I had only 2 faculties which were good personally and knowledgeable as well usually the faulty used to be the passed out students of recent previous years only so they were
