21 Jun, 2025 SIES GST has extended the Online Pre-Registration deadline for UG Admission 2025 upto June 27, 2025. Aspirants must register online @mu.ac.in/admission and should also submit the college application form separately. The merit lists will be released at the institute level if seats remain vacant. South Indian Educational Society Graduate School of Technology was established in 2010 and is accorded with South Indian Linguistic Minority status in accordance with the Constitution of India. It has a B++ accreditation given by NAAC.

Affiliated to the University of Mumbai, the institute offers B.Tech program under its UG domain. SIES Graduate School of Technology (SIES-GST) BE Admission 2024

South Indian Educational Society Graduate School of Technology offers admission to Bachelor in Engineering programs full time for 4 years. The program is offered in four specialisation. Candidates must have completed 10+2 levels of education with a valid score in JEE Main or MHT CET.

Through Centralised Admission Process conducted by DTE maharashtra, Candidates will have to participate in the counseling and seats will be allocated accordingly.

Selection is based on merit depending on score from MHT CET and JEE Main examination. It is done through four categories namely the South Indian Linguistic Minority category (51%), the CAP / All India category (29%), the Institute level category (20%), and then against vacant seats after CAP rounds.
For the first and second category, candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the examination, and awarded seats as per DTE guidelines through CAP.
A merit list will be drawn and made available on the website. The list gives us the information of relative positions of the candidates like rank and doesn’t confirm their admission.
Category wise seats shall be made available for the candidates for each institute at the official website.
Candidates can fill in their choices of Institutes and Courses in decreasing order of preference.
Candidate has to confirm his/her choice through their login. Once confirmed, they shall be considered for allotment in the respective CAP Rounds.
Allotment will be done according to the cut off set for the courses of the program.
If allotted to the desired course, the candidate shall then report to ARC for verification of documents and payment of seat acceptance fee.
Thereafter such candidates shall report to the allotted institute and seek admission on the allotted seat.
Candidate need to reach the institute with the filled application form with the following documents (original and a set of self attested photocopies):
- 10th and 12th marksheet and certificate
- MAH CET Score card
- Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate, Domicile and Nationality Certificate
- Caste certificate
Document verification shall be done and will be uploaded in the online system through Institute Login.

How to apply for SIES-GST?

Candidates seeking admission may do so by following the steps given below:

For JEE

Visit the official website of JEE Main
Register for Online Application Form by entering the Email ID and Mobile Number.
Note down the system generated Application Number displayed on the screen.
Create a password and choose a Security Question and its answer as well.
Once the password is created and application number is recorded, the candidate can login again and start filling the application form.
Enter the personal, academic details as inquired and upload the scanned images of photographs and signature
Pay the application fee through Debit /Credit Card /Net Banking /UPI /PAYTM. Only after successful confirmation of payment, the application will be considered informed and the Candidate can take a print of the Confirmation Page.
Retain this hard copy print of the application form for future reference.

For DTE

Click here to visit the official website of DTE and create a login ID by registering with the help of Email ID and phone number.
Enter the personal, academic, category details.
Upload passport size photograph, signature and necessary documents needed.
Make the online registration fee payment.
The registration fee for General candidates is INR 800/- and for reserved category candidates is INR 600/-.
Submit the completed application form.
Take the hard copy print of the application form for future reference.
As mentioned in the hard copy of the application form, the list of documents need to be taken to the facilitation centre with their hard copies for verification.
Candidate has to visit the facilitation centre nearby as mentioned at the DTE website. They need to confirm the choices of branches they have made.
Once confirmed the choices and reference of them will not be changed

I was happy that I found some really great people in this college that I would like to keep for the rest of my life. SIES uncovered; Pros, Cons and Student life

Admission:

Other from SIES, I applied for the same course in Ruia college and Somaiya college. I got confirmed admission form from Somaiya college but i didn't opt for it as the fees are too high compared to SIES college. I didn't get admission in ruia college because their cutoff was high. I was eligible to get admission as my total marks in HSC board exam was 418 and the cutoff was 420 so I visited my college and had a talk with the faculty member, the faculty members guided me well and told me to bring HSC mark sheet, and fees (DD form) that's it.
