Rayat & Bahra Institute of Engineering and BioTechnology Mohali Faculty

The faculty was good. I really admire the maths faculty we had. Every semester we used to have daily 8 lecture on average. Being a CSE student, we were really given focus on the programming sessions. Teachers used to explain things to the core.There was nothing provided with certifications.

Apart from 1yrs faculty. They are less experienced in the subject matter. As college hire, just M.Tech pass out candidate & give less salary. Also, the faculty used to say that college is not giving salary for 2-3 months. Lab technician has no idea what is going on in a practical lab.

The faculty here is far more helpful than the faculties usually are. The students are motivated and not forced to study t excel in their lives. proper guidance is provided for the career paths to be chosen after the completion of the course being undertaken in the college.

Faculty standards vary as we move up the hierarchy. The faculty on good positions like Head of departments were very well qualified but the other teachers were not. There were teachers who had just completed their graduation. So, faculty wise the college is really average.

Faculty members were great. The professionals assigned to their discipline were dedicated and believed to convey what they had to or they were meant to. They were understanding and supported every single student who deserved their help. They pretty much indulged themselves in what they did momentarily.

Very helpful and learnt faculty. Taught with patience and urge all students to work hard and achieve goals. Each semester and each subject was clearly explained by staff. Good library given to students. Nice facility in computer labs.

Faculty was good, know how to tackle students & make not only supporting them but making dependent & managerial for study loads, I must comment about job & training management was something reacted really poor at this stage.

Faculty was well educated and quite friendly. Friendly behaveiour made it easy to adapt to the atmosphere of the campus. They carved me into the person i am today.

Our colleges faculty is so good every teacher are helpful they take care of our priority and never denied our question that so we are good in college live as a friendly.

Faculty was well educated, experienced. Every subject has some senior teachers. Teachers are highly energetic and co-operative. Very helpful in giving extra training and guidance.
