The placement process at the college has been historically weak, with only 10-12 students placed out of 500 in earlier batches, and some placements reported as fake. However, there's improvement, particularly in the computer science and electrical engineering departments, where companies like Infosys (3.25 lakh/annum), Quinnox (2.8 lakh/annum), and L&T (2.8 lakh/annum) recruit students. Around 25% of students secure placements, predominantly first-class students, with major companies like Amazon, IBM, Cognizant, Reliance, Dell, Tata, and others participating.
Internships are not provided by the college, and students often seek them independently, sometimes facing challenges like lack of stipends. The college does offer resume and interview workshops and hosts an annual career fair, primarily benefiting computer science students. Overall, placement opportunities are improving, but students largely need to rely on their efforts to secure jobs and internships.
