RTC Institute of Technology Ranchi Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

The college, a relatively new institution, has seen a gradual increase in its placement rate, with approximately 80 students securing positions. Recent recruiters include Amrit Cements, which hired 8 students with an average package of Rs 10,000-Rs 14,000. Major companies such as Tata Motors, IBM, BYJU'S, and TCS have visited for campus placements, with packages ranging from Rs 2-4 lakh per annum. Placement eligibility begins from the 5th semester, and about 40% of students were placed by March 2020.

Although the placement rate is increasing, only a few companies currently visit the campus. Internship opportunities are available from the 1st year, with companies like Internshala and Nathcorp offering stipends of Rs 12,000-Rs 15,000. Notably, the highest package offered is Rs 25 lakh, while the average package stands at Rs 2.5-Rs 3.5 lakh. The placement process is supported by a dedicated department to assist students in securing jobs.
