RRGI Faculty

The college has 10-12 faculty members who are lecturers and assistant professors with an average age of 35. Most faculty members are well-qualified, possessing Master's, M.Tech, or PhD degrees, and have significant industrial experience. The faculty includes young, dynamic educators primarily from renowned institutions such as NITs. The HOD is an expert in ethical hacking. Daily, there are 7 lectures, including 4 theory classes and 3 labs, each lasting 40-45 minutes.

The faculty is approachable, providing phone numbers for student queries outside class hours. The teacher-student ratio is approximately 2:40. Faculty members engage in research and provide industry-oriented education. They are accessible and involved in hands-on projects, seminars, and workshops, enhancing practical knowledge. Although some faculty members are less effective, most are dedicated and help students prepare for exams and the professional world.

Faculty:

The faculty to student ratio is 2:40. The relationship between the students and teachers is wonderful and understandable. The name of the faculty i like the most is KP yadav. I like him because he is most responsible person. The name of the faculty i don't like the most is mrs Arti devi. I don't like her because she is most irresponsible and beating the students continuously. There are 3 exams per year in my college named - Sessional 1, Sessional 2, and PUT.

It rank 1 in Lucknow and is in top 5 rank in uttar pradesh. The faculties focuses on students future. They guide and take special attention to first year students.

There are many faculties based on subjects they are teaching. They guide the students. In each semester there are two sessional test and one pre University test. For better understanding of students the teachers take class test every monday on the topics they taught.

The teacher to students or the faculty to students ratio is quite good in this college.. there are about 150 teachers in different branches... The faculties of First Year are controlled by the HOD ASHUTOSH SIR AND MANOJ SACHAN SIR....

Top Best College in Lucknow with good placement and infrastructure.

Faculty to student ratio is 1:15 While talking about interaction with faculty one can do it any time in between the timing of college. Faculties are also well-trained and educated. Most of the faculties here are PhD qualified.

Journey from hell to dream comes true .

Professors also behaves as teachers not as professors .

In RR College , faculty members are limits , there ratio is 200:20 (this ratio as per only 1 year as I am in 1st year). Impact was bad because professors all less in numbers , learning of students effected due to this . But teachers are more approachable for only good students and less approachable for weak students as weak students have fear to ask his/her doubts about the topics.

RR for ACHIEVER'S

In this college teachers teaches us from beginning to advance. Ragging is banned in this college.

Very strict environment is there more than necessity. Studies in second year is quite weak as compared to first year of studies.

Professers are qualified by master degree MSC and some of them are PhD qualified. There way of teaching is so effective that the students gets it so well. All the teachers have gained and impart practical experience to the students. Some of the bio technology professers have doctoral degree programming.

RR means STUDY

All the faculties are quite good and they are pretty much knowledgeble that's why there are teaching here and they teach in a manner so that every student can understand the topic and the concepts behind them and it is very useful for us their approach to teaching is very good as they teach what to expect in the exams and what will come so they are pretty good in it I approach the teachers whenever I have doubts I go to them and they teach me from scratch so it feels good to be here

A college journey of RR student

The teachers are not enough good for students of b.tech.
The teachers and management does not take responsibility.

There is a very poor number of teachers in the ratio to students. The Teachers are educated as the requirements of the students of b.tech. They do Nit to provide practical knowledge of programming.
