Freshers were organized by the college every year. That was most anticipated event of the year. We also had sports mela that was just wow. That was my favourite time of the year. The facilites and technological provisions were limited to only a specific room. There was no such influence of student run socila groups or clubs in the college.
In my journey one annual day was celebrated and a lohri festival was also celebrated. There were 2 libraries. Those libraries had a lot of books. I think every sort of book was available there. Cricket was played there, basketball ball, badminton, tennis etc was played there.
The infrastructure of the university is well designed
Campus Life:
The campus life in RIMT university is like a festival and cultural fests are happening over the semester many times.the books in the library are wide range and provide students with full knowledge of their respective subjectives
• Freshers party for fresher students every year.
• There are 2 libraries and every book is present there for students.
• AC is present in classrooms
• Every year there is interdepartment tournaments for students
As I said earlier too, sports facilities were very good.there were swimming pool, lawn tennis court , basketball court, football ground, cricket ground all in college campus. The campus area was very huge.Lab facilities were also satisfactory.
As far hostel is concern, i was a day scholar. So, i hadn't experienced hostel life. Therefore i can't explain about hostel life style. But yes i had so many college mates who used to live in hostel. So they have told many cons and prons about hostel life. According to my hostel friends the hostel was okay. Not so bad and not so good.
For Non - AC Hostel room: 26k per semester
For Non - AC Hostel room: 30k per semester
Food was okay and average.
Campus life is too good. We got sports room. We got the gym facilities in boys hostel and as well as girls hotel also had a separate gym in girls hostel. One medical officer is also residing in hostel for the students. There are 50-50 ratio of the girls and boys.
