Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree: ME/M.Tech in Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics, or equivalent with 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST).

Minimum 55% aggregate marks in the qualifying PG degree (50% for SC/ST from Karnataka).

A valid GATE/NET score is preferred. Shortlisted candidates appear for VTU RET and a departmental interview.
