NSEC: Students' Opinion

AI-Generated Summary based on 5 Reviews

The BBA course at NSEC now requires students to pass an entrance exam for admission, changing from a previous interview-based process. The college is known for strong placement opportunities, with many students starting to receive placements from the 5th semester onward. TCS is a frequent recruiter, offering salary packages between 2-3 lakh per annum. Other recruiting companies include Wipro, Infosys, Infotech, Amazon, Byju's, and more, with approximately 95% of students securing internships.

The faculty delivers well-structured, industry-relevant lectures lasting one hour each. The course fee is Rs. 32,000 per semester, with expanded payment options like card and internet banking. Previously charged secure payments are no longer required. The total cost for the 3-year course is Rs. 315,000, with fees increasing by 5% to 10% annually. Scholarships are limited to top-performing students who apply. The gender ratio is skewed, with 80% boys and 20% girls in the batch.

The college's dedicated training and placement cell assists students by keeping them informed of job opportunities, but securing a job and salary is ultimately dependent on individual performance and skills.
