MBA course at NPTI is a mix of a general MBA subjects like marketing, finance, HR, business research etc. and power subjects such as electricity regulation, electricity generation, electricity transmission, electricity distribution and renewable energy. Therefore we had faculty members each specializing in these various subjects. Guest faculty members from the power sector, regulation, finance were invited very frequently- on an average every week- to keep the students abreast with industry practices and developments. A visit to Rajghat Power Plant for the understanding of the working of thermal power plants are conducted yearly. Students would also attend conferences on renewable, coal, smart grid, etc.

The placement facility of the college is very good as almost all the students get placed within the college. The teachers work very hard with the students to be in a professional way and can crack jobs and earn for themselves. The mean focus of the college is on the academics and giving good jobs to the students within the campus itself

Placement and jobs opportunity is wide options. Most of the core industries come for placement in the college and select the best ones.The college as such provides non stipend training in different thermal power plants on a requirement basis.

I did internship at a prestigious institute of Government of India. It was remarkable experience, I got stipend of INR 6000 month.

It's about 10 thousand approx and it from big company and we get eat we need to get and alumni of college is always there to help and teach you how the industry work and how u learn

Internship was arranged by college itself in some of the best consultancy and power sector companies with avg stipend ranging from 7000-8000 rs. Students are placed in internship within 1 week of commencement.

Many power sector private companies, consultancies and few PSUs visits the campus to offer internship to the students. Some of the companies paid stipends ranging from INR 10000 -20000 per month.

There is no such internship program in one year program apart from it 2 weeks scheme tracing power plant overviews are conducted in realtime aspects.

College does not provide any internship you will have to look for t yourself though most students take internship in power plants like NTPC BADARPUR adjacent to college itself and rajghat power plant.
