Fee structure is different for those who got admission by state quota , managemnt and nri For states its around 30,000 for management its around 70 ,000 and for nri seats 100000. We will have different scholarship is we meet the necesaary terms like pm scholarship etc are provided .

Fees and Financial Aid:

Our college has low fee compared to other engineering colleges.If you are merit student the fee is 35000 per year. If you are management student the fee is 75000per year. If you are NRI student the fee is 110000per year. If you got seat in merit and you have reservations you will get scholarship from college.There is no scholarship for management students.

MEC is a good choice if your main aim is placement.

Fees is a little high compared to other govt colleges

The merit students pay Rs 45000 while MG category pay 75000rs. I am an MG student. Fees is affordable. They are many scholarships available for the students of SC, ST, KU, etc category students and also for EWS students.

A small insight within the walls of MEC

Dislikes

The curriculum for 1st year students is still composed of subjects that are not fully relevant to one's course/major.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Ample scholarship are provided for students, and for more details the office is usually contacted. The exisiting tuition fee is 35,000 for merit seats, 65,000 for management seats and 1,00,000 for NRI seats. The new fee is 20,000 for merit, 35,000 per semester for management and 1,10,000 for NRI. Campus employment opportunities are vast as the one thing this college is known for- is its placement records. Placements drives are very well conducted, with mock interviews and sessions to give students a clear cut idea on what to do for ensuring placements. There are many opportunities for skill building.

We are taught the most relevant concepts and the faculty makes sure that we understand those concepts fully.

Fees and Financial Aid:

There are 3 types of seats. NRI seats which do not require you to write the Kerala Engineering entrance examination (KEAM). however these seats are limited. Next is the 'full fees' seat where you pay around Rs. 75000 per year after writing KEAM exam. The final one is 'merit seat' where you pay around Rs. 45000 and the government pays the rest for you. There are reservations based on caste and income, along with other scholarships. The fee structure is lenient. We only have to pay a semester's fee at a time.
