Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology B.Tech Admission 2024
The admission to B.Tech courses is done through the KEAM entrance examination. Candidates have to first qualify the examination to apply for admission into the course. Admissions are done on basis of the scores obtained in the entrance examination. The list of selected candidates will be created by the CEE (Commissioner of Entrance Exam, Kerala). Candidates are required to have passed the Higher Secondary Examination with minimum 50% marks to apply for admission.
The admission of 50% seats in B.Tech is entrance based and the other 50% is direct, based on Management Quota. For either method, candidates will have to first qualify the entrance examination to apply. For merit-based direct admission, the candidate’s entrance examination score and the marks obtained in the qualifying school examination is added to create the merit list of selected candidates.
The application process is done online. The candidates will have to pay an application fee as required by the college. The application forms will be available from May 03, (tentative). The reservation rules will be followed as set by the Government.

- Passed the Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or a recognized equivalent examination with at least 45% marks in Mathematics and 50% marks in Maths, Physics and Chemistry.

Candidates should have a B.Tech degree in the relevant field with minimum 60% marks as basic eligibility criteria.
50% of the available seats will be filled based on the list created by DTE based on the rank obtained in the GATE exam. The remaining 50% is filled directly based on merit through Management Quota.

The application process for both B.Tech and M.Tech courses are done through online application found on the college website.
To apply candidates can follow the steps below:
- Candidates must first fill in the application form found on the college website.
- Application forms can be found on the respective admission pages for B.Tech and M.Tech.
- After filling in the application form candidates have to submit the application form and also pay the application fee as required by the college.
- The application fee can be paid through online methods or using a Demand Draft.
- The college will then create the list of selected candidates which will be posted on the college website.
- Selected candidates will then be given a date to visit the college to submit all the required documents and certificates. Failing to do so will result in the candidate’s name being removed from the list.
- All other required admission formalities will be completed in the college itself.
