charges for many multiple fees where they make compulsory fees which is not usefull for students

Fees and Financial Aid:

my year wise fees -244000 im an comedke seat student and im staying in hostel so my hostel fees-80000 per year also exam fees and all for vtu its 1670 then the skill lab fees-15000 also the mess fees-4100 per month.
