I liked the attitude and methods of the teachers because they always stick to the syllabus and also gives detailed notes about each topic in the class.

Faculty:

The faculties are good and they always maintain a good relationship with the students. There are a total of 3 exams in 1 semester which includes 2 series exams and 1 sem exam, the series exam are always having moderate difficulty while the sem exam is hard (the questions are from university(KTU))

My college review

I think there are 25 staff for this department. The staff is very feasible for the college. They are very nice and helpful. The age of the staff is between 30 to 50. All of them are young and good in their teaching skills. They have much more technical knowledge.

Mangalam college of engineering is a good college to enjoy normal college life

The faculties are very helpfull in completing the semester papers, they will give hints and tips for studying and doing problems also they arrange self made notes for easy studying as per the syllabus. There are nearly 15 members in each department and a total of above 50 lectures. They are of different ages from 26 to nearly 45. The older ones are better in teaching because they have experience and mostly are post graduated. Some are having PhD so they are elected as the Head of the department. The faculties will clarify the doubts as per our needs and will recommend about different books to refer.

Good infrastructure with average teaching staff

Faculties are good especially at the mechanical department. If you are good in something they will give enough opportunities for us to grow. Unfortunately, they didn't make an effort to help us to do something creative. The knowledge of the faculties are okay. I don't think they have vast knowledge about the subject but they are good. I think they are almost 20 to 30 staff in mechanical engineering department itself. They lab facilities are good and are supervised by skilled personnels. Most of lectures are aged around 30 to 40. Most of them hold an Masters degree in mechanical engineering besides some got PhD.

Excellent faculties

There are more than 30 faculties in mechanical branch only having average age of 35-40. all are hardworking and expertise in teaching there subjects although there are new faculties came and struggle little bit for the first time then became good after about one year.

Good

Faculties are excellent in my ECE department. Most of them are PhD/ PG staffs with well experienced and their AVG age is between 30-35yrs. The faculties are placing well role to achieve better college results. They also used to arrange extra care and classes for week students. There were approximately 20-30 staffs in department including lab staffs. Each department comes under an HOD who is well experienced with PhD.

Good College

Very good, initially we had teachers with btech, then it was made mandatory that mtech is mandatory. The quality of the teachers is very good but I don't think they are paid enough (what they deserve).
