Mangalam College of Engineering (MLM) is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University in Kerala. MLM is promoted by the Mangalam Educational Society.
The college offers B.Tech at the undergraduate level and M.Tech at the postgraduate level to the students who want to take up Engineering as their career. The college also offers an MBA to those who want to study Business Administration at postgraduate level.
Admission in B.Tech is done through KEAM which is conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Examination of Govt. of Kerala. For M.Tech, eligible candidates will have to appear in GATE, and for MBA, candidates need to appear in KMAT/CMAT/CAT/GMAT/XAT.

At undergraduate level, Mangalam College of Engineering provides Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) to the candidates who wish to pursue their career in the field of Engineering. The courses are offered for four years. The number of seats available for admission is 120 for each specializations except Electrical & Electronics Engineering which consists of 60 seats.
At first students need to pass their 10+2 level or equivalent in concerned subjects with minimum required marks set by the college. Candidate should qualify the entrance examination conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Examination of Govt. of Kerala (KEAM). Candidates may visit the official website
Note: Relaxation of 5% marks is admissible for the reservation category in comparison to 45% of marks for General category candidates

Mangalam College of Engineering Ettumanoor PG Admission 2026
Master of Technology (M.Tech) is also offered by the college at postgraduate level. The college offers this course in seven different specializations for a duration of two years. The college also offers Master of Business Administration (MBA) for a duration of two years. Intake capacity for MBA is 120 seats.
Candidates who are willing to take up Master of Technology (M.Tech), will have to appear in General Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). However, the candidates must have studied and passed Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline with minimum required marks set as cut-off by the college. Admission to the MBA programme is based on Written Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The Aspirants will have to sit for the KMAT/CMAT/CAT Test Conducted by Admission Supervisory Committee, Kerala /AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education)/IIMs. A Valid Score in GMAT/XAT is also accepted. A Graduate student will have to secure minimum 50% marks in his/her degree level programme to get the eligibility for the MBA Programme.
