MCE Faculty

The faculty at the college is highly qualified, with many holding PhDs from prestigious institutions like IITs. In the mechanical engineering department alone, there are 8 PhD holders, and overall, the faculty includes 52 staff members across departments, most of whom are BE, MTech graduates, with several having completed or pursuing PhDs. The faculty-to-student ratio is approximately 18:1. Faculty members are well-versed in their subjects, with extensive industry exposure and are involved in research activities.

They provide quality teaching and support to students, offering practical experiences and guiding students in both academics and extracurricular activities. The college infrastructure supports hands-on lab work, which is a key highlight, especially in the electronics and communications departments. While most faculty are dedicated, student-friendly, and supportive, some newly joined lecturers may lack experience. The overall faculty experience is positive, contributing to a good learning environment.
