The placement criteria of companies is very different depend om their system but .every MNC has 4 round interview 1. I think 200 every year, airtel, wipro, microweb, accenture etc it can be less than what i mentioned packages is average like 175000 rupess per year but most of are BPO. IT, software development. EC etc we know that we should depend upon our selves not on compnies or not on college for job we search for pool campus in most of the student get recruted but i cant blame my college it also try to bring more and more compnies every year last year JSR had come to our college.

All students are eligible for placement at the end of the semester. There visit like Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft axis bank and many other companies are visit our clg and good placement for students highest pakage of our college is 15 lakh per annually

There were many Industies/Companies visited every Year for Campus Placement such as IBM, Hero Cycles, Tech Mahindra etc. There were many Rounds for Selection of an Candidate: GD, Personal Screening, Written Interview, Observation of Candidates etc.

Placement Experience:
There is a placement cell in our college who guides and train the graduating students, they work hard to place a number of students. Companies like Accenture, HCL, Tata, Airtel, Infosys, Samsung, LG, etc visited our college. The average salary package offered is around 1.7 Lakhs per year.

Most of the placements were not done in our college, but as far as my experience is concerned, I had done my placement in Munish Forge Private Limited. Where I did not get a very good salary package but got very good knowledge. There was not much placement facility in our neck, but some placements were done, through which some companies used to come in our companies.

The TPO cell is helpful. But at the end, all that matters is you yourself and your skills. The college will definitely bring some companies to the campus for placement in the final year. The general hiring process of these companies will be something like this : Aptitude Exam, F2F interview and then one final round in the company itself.

In the final year, many companies will come in the campus for selecting students. The selection procedure is clear. First round you have to give aptitude test and then the selected candidates will reach second round which will be HR round or technical round

Placement Experience:
placement and job opportunities are not that good the training and placement team in not that good. I think it would have been better, the better TPO team will help attract more companies and in turn will welcome better job opportunities. I like the way teachers used to teach so better job opportunities are required.
