Faculty's teaching style is excellent. their communication is good and in friendly manner.
Scholarship is available for everyone who has below 2lpa family income ,genral students get 50000 and sc st get 100000 the fees yearly is about 120000 and teachers are good and the collge tries its its best to get opportunities
The college campus is quite good and have well organised by flower to enhance its beauty which makes our free time very good.

Dislikes

The year 2022 was gudd as the average was about 7-6 lpa but now as seesin the recession hit and all there have been placement but its scenario it bad as masss recureters have gone into hiring freez and all
The college lies in the village area ,no park ,no market
I pay 95000 for non ac room and the worst thing is in the 3rd year you have to share with 2 roomates which is really disturbing.

Likes

Things i liked the most about the college is hard working and very enthusiastic faculties. About to give their 100 per cent for the students.
Well maintained classrooms and computer labs
Placements have been good for past 3 years.Students are bagging their dream companies

Dislikes

Campus is little bit small, that's the issue
Too much strictness in the first year. It's kind of dictatorship in the first year
Too busy curriculum. As there is no gap in b/w the classes and you will feel exhausted.

Placement Experience:

Placements are literally very good,almost everybody gets placed around 96 %.Kiet is enriched in provinding good placements as they bring good companies to the campus including tech and non tech companies. The students become eligible for placements at the end of 3rd year. Hoghest package is around 50 lacks per annum and avg is around 7 lacs per annum.

KIET GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS my experience

Likes

The college is too much dedicated towards its curriculum and syllabus the teachers are good and put a lot of efforts to teach you.
The college have good crowd of students. You will see everyone around you coding and participating in different hackathon and competition. College also support their students in such activities.
The campus is small but have a good infrastructure. The classroom are well maintained with digital screens in it. All classes are air conditioned and labs are well maintained.

Dislikes

The college forces its student too much for the attendance.
For participating in any cultural activity sometimes it is difficult to get permission from the senior faculties.

Placement Experience:

Companies do visit college with descent placement and if you study well in college you can grab the package. Highest package of the college was around 46 lpa and the average is around 6-7lpa. Intership are provided and many students do intership from their second years only.

Teachers in college are good in nature. Strictness towards studies is so much high but need improvements like such subjects and technology that need to be taught in 2 year are teached in 3 year.

Dislikes

Syllabus and curriculum of the university.

Placement Experience:

Placement are okay almost all big mncs like tvs wipro Infosys cognizant visit our campus. In 2023 cse branch 180 students are there out of which 170-175 got placed and average ctc of cse branch is 7.5 lpa. But in 2024 there is so much downfall in placements hardly 70-80 company visit our campus.

The college provides a good placement rate.
Also the seniors in the college are very helpful.
The faculty members are very qualified and very cooperative.

Dislikes

The campus of the college is a bit small as compared to other colleges.
The location of the college is in a bit outer in Ghaziabad.
Sometimes the college feels like a school due to assignments and works.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate of this college is good as compared to other AKTU affiliated colleges. The average package is about 5 to 6 lakhs and the highest package is 48 lakhs . The companies that visit the campus are TCS, Wipro, IBM, etc.

Likes

teacher's attention is soo much , they try to help everyone in class
Library is also good , they provide self study room also
Canteen is good, food is good, you can get everything in college campus

Dislikes

it's like a school, they made you sit for 8 hours per day
very strict , they ask to remove earphone at entry gate , do not allow to wear crop top, ripped jeans .
they don't have any special service for student who are not able to give their external exams for medical reason.\

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem student is eligible for placement , some companies used to come in campus and some select student online . But this year as well as previous year less no. of companies came as well as the major no. of companies are of mangement role for IT student . Core branches placement is preety good , they have more package then IT student .

Is studying in KIET worth it

Likes

Girl ratio of the college is quite decent.
College is not that strict and staff is supportive.
College fest is also great and the event management is also nice.

Dislikes

College campus is very very very small .
Sports facilities are not at all upto the mark.
Ground is not well utilised and is not accessible for the students.

Placement Experience:

Past few years placement of the college was great but from two to three years the placement have gone down considerably because of recession. Moreover the college is not able to bring enough companies to the college for placement this year.

The infrastructure of the college is the best that I have experienced. They maintain the infrastructure and the laboratories are up-to-date.
They have good placements, also provide placement preparation classes.
The faculty are well qualified. They have various technical and cultural clubs that help in overall development.

Placement Experience:

From the end of 6th semester campus placements begins. Various companies visit the campus. Highest package offered this year is 60lpa and average package is 4-5 lpa. Companies come for various profiles like software developer, sdet, graduate engineer trainee,etc.

KIET in my words

Likes

I liked the canteen, there are 4 canteens which is too enough
There are ACs in classroom which provides comfort while classes
Maximum faculty has done PHD which is a good thing

Dislikes

No break between classes except lunch break
No free period between 8 classes in a day
No summer vacations, leading to irritation in summers

Placement Experience:

From 6-7 semester, students are eligible for placements, though internships have no eligibility in it Companies like flipkart Amazon airbus atkins pwc visits the campus for placement and in 2023 2430 offers were offered to students And highest package was of 48.89 lpa And average package was of 6.51 lpa And placement% was 91.53% My plan after graduation is to get a job from the campus placements

Likes

I liked infrastructure and design of our college.
Our college provide a professional environment for better career of students.
Our college also have libraries to study, canteen and playground to relax ou mind.

Dislikes

Canteen food is not much up to mark in comparision.
Lot of restrictions are their for 1st year students.
We have to make a lot of assignments and manuals.

Placement Experience:

As recession is going on so every college is facing problems in placements but college is trying its best to make students placed in good companies. Average package of campus placements is around 3 to 4 lac per annum which is good as a beginner.

Firstly I like the infrastructure of this college and no of placements with average of 6 lpa..
College is renowned in ncr region and it provide many good opportunity for placement and internship
Faculty of this college is very helpful in study and they provide both solution in study and personal life.

Dislikes

Campus size of this college is near about 25 acres. Which is slightly small as compared to another college
I am not happy with nno of lectures the provide every week is slightly higher .
They give a dress code for first year student .

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our college provides more opportunities for placement as well as internship program . Which helps to get Knowledge about working experience and some time stippen with the experience. Our college contain all type of clubs which helps to interact with senior.
