KBPCOES Application Process 2025
KBCOES admissions are merit-based. Candidates can apply for the KBPCOES UG and PG courses online via the college’s official website. The KBCOES Application process is listed below in detail.
- Register on the DTE Maharashtra portal (e.g., mahacet.org) using your email and CET/GATE credentials.
- Log in and fill out the online form by browsing @kbpcoes.edu.in/admission_process.php and provide personal, academic details and upload scanned documents.
- Pay the KBPCOES application fee online using a debit/credit card or net banking.
- KBPCOES Application fee for UG Course is INR 800 and INR 600 for General and Reserved Category candidates, respectively.
- Choose verification mode:
- E‑Scrutiny: Documents verified online
- Physical Scrutiny: Visit the facilitation centre
- Track application status and correct any issues if reverted during scrutiny.
- Participate in CAP rounds (for eligible UG/PG applicants via DTE CAP).
- Accept the seat and pay the seat acceptance fees through your DTE/CET login.

Eligibility criteria is that I should pass 12th standard
Exam is mhtcet and jee
Most preferred exam by the student is mhtcet conducted by the Maharashtra government
Overall admission experience was good at I met various teachers did counselling and got the new college where I could learn many things and complete my degree in Good college

We can get admission in the first year through the cap round after the 12th which is based on MHT-CET. After the CET result.
We can get admission in the direct second year after the diploma.

I mostly applied for University in Pune e.g COEP, AIT, VIT, PCCOE, VIT etc and some of the institutes of Satara but at the first allotment I was allotted with KBPCOES and then my parents told me to take that college as it is not far from my home.
No, I didn't avail any quota for admission.
Admission criteria for candidates are that they must have completed 10+2 and must have a valid score in MHT-CET or JEE MAINS.
The admission process was the same according to the rules and regulations were given by the government.

The Good aspects of the college were the experienced faculty that it has. The faculty for mechanical engineering department has a minimum experience of 5 years and maximum experience of 32 years in teaching. And also another good aspect is the location of the college. The location is especially benificial for mechanical engineers as the MIDC of the city is like 1 km away from the college because of which there is good industrial exposure. One bad aspect of the college is the mediocre infrasturcture of the college. Regarding the admission process, the process is relatively fast and if any query arises, the faculty are more than happy to help anyone in the situation.

It is one of the oldest and renowned colleges in all of western Maharashtra. During the 90s it was among the top 3 colleges in western Maharashtra. The faculty here are very well versed in the subject they teach. Today around 50% of the faculty here have a experience of above 20 years. The college is also very well placed in terms of location. The main MIDC of the city is located just 2km away from the college,due to which there is ample chance of practical exposure for the students. All the seniors as well as juniors study together,bullying thing is not at all a thing in the college, atmosphere in college is always very energetic no matter what is the weather outside.No one will regret the 4 years they spend at this college.
