The faculty at Goa College of Engineering (GEC) are well-qualified, all holding Ph.D. degrees, and maintain a faculty-to-student ratio of approximately 1:15 to 1:18. Each department has around 20 faculty members with an annual student intake of 90. Students face 16-24 tests per semester and a 30% failure rate per paper.
