HCST Faculty

The faculty to student ratio will be too lesser. I am liked some facilities like gaurav pandey sir ,he should have very good friendly nature and very responsible teacher. Our college exam should be conducted in 3 diffrent forms MT1, MT2 and PUT exam and exam have medium difficulty level and it is relevant to course curriculum

1st year faculty is great but after that I would say only a few teachers are nice and supportive. Other than that every faculty thinks teaching and completing the syllabus is just there task and doesn't make any efforts to actually interact with students and try to understand their problems. Most of the faculty themselves doesn't have a good grasp of the subject they are teaching. We students study everything mostly from Youtube. We're forced to take classes because of 75% attendance criteria. It seems like such a time waste as we can utilise this time to sit at home and work on our skill set but instead we have to travel so much just to take classes the entire day half of which we don't even understand. Complaints have been done many times but our college lacks in the number of faculties that too skilled ones so there's nothing much that can be done.

Faculty is very leniant to the students. There are three types of the exams in our college that is mt1, mt2, put in which best two are considered for the students internal marks. And extra normalization marks is given if a students given all three

The faculty to students ratio is 1:10 and relationships between them is good and they are not approachable As i am in 3rd year so the faculties i like is based on his teachings skill and doubt solving names are diwakar shrivastava teaches Computer graphics , bhuprabha bharti teaches COI , shankar thawkar teaches DAA, Mukti mam teaches mathematics Like poonam singh , gaurav panday ,mp singh , pratiksha gautam these are the worst teachers and i dont why they are in college There 4 exams in every semester CT 1 and CT 2 which are of 20 marks and medium difficulty and put and semster exam of 70 marks which is really difficult On an average 100 appear the exam then 10 will fail

The Faculty is good and every month there was an internal exams going on. The total exam we give in a single semester is four. Faculty always wanted the students to get involved in college activities. They wanted that every student will come and give exams accordingly and learn new things with activities.

Approx 50 teachers are present for 300 students. Faculty is very supportive for students didn't treat students bad manner. Best faculties are MP singh Sir of maths Hemant sir of chemistry KD sir of human values

The teachers are well & good qualified in their respective feilds. Most of the faculty are PHD holder with their respective fields. The teacher student ratio is to good with 15 :1 . Teacher are supportive to students with their problem listening and with solving. Also counsel the students.

I would say 50 percent of teachers were really good. 20 percent average and 30 percent were just there for namesake as they were not good enough for teaching and often goofed up on subjects. This led to disbelief on teachers and their methods. So you kind of lose faith in their teaching.

There is a 7 lectures in a day and each lecture is about 50 min. Teachers came and start teaching us without wasting any time they are proffessional so they can only focus on the teaching.they took practicals also and maintain a proper graph of the topics.

Yes, faculty was very good and understanding.We can discuss any type of work related queries without any hesitation.And they are also happy if we asked questions after the lecture.Lecture was also very interesting they gave us knowledge in very different way.
