Guru Nanak Institute of Technology Ambala Admission 2025 – Eligibility and Selection Criteria

• BTech: All those candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry/Biotechnology/Computer Science/Biology from any recognized board/university within India with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible for admission, and selection is based on scores achieved in JEE Mains.
• BTech Lateral Entry: All those candidates who have passed 3-year diploma examination in Engineering/Technology from an AICTE approved institution; with at least 50% marks in appropriate branch of engineering/technology OR Candidates who have passed B.Sc. degree from a recognized university duly approved by UGC; with at least 50% marks and passed XII examination with Mathematics as one of the subject are eligible for admission, and selection is based on LEET scores.
• MTech: All those candidates who have passed 4 4-year B.Tech. Degree courses in any relevant discipline of engineering from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks, OR a 3-Year MCA course with 55% marks, or a 2-Year M.Sc. course with 55% marks from any recognized university are eligible for admission, and selection is merit-based.
