GEC Barton Hill Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

Very good placement cell. Placement cell officer is very committed and gives his best effort for getting the institution involved in every companies. Around 100 companies came this year. The percentage of students getting placed is around 70%.

There is a dedicated career guidance and placement cell functioning in the college and bringing companies for placement drives.From las year onwards placements are open to students.Many major companies visit our college like cognizant,ust,ey etc.Most of the companies are it companies.The average CTC provided is about 4 to 5 lakhs.I prefer to get a job through the placement drive.

Students from their pre final year are eligible for placements. Core companies like Visteon and BEL had come, with most companies having software, banking, edutech and marketing background. Around 3.4 to 6LPA packages, and in some cases eve more. Around 60 percent of students in my class including me got placed. My plan is to go for an MTech.

From the seventh semester studentsare eligible for placements,the various companies like dell, bosch nokia, amazon etc have came for placements, total offers in 2022 were 450, The highest package is around 10 lakh, percentage of placed students is 10 percent, My plan is to pursue masters from IIT

The students are eligible for campus placement starting from 4th year onwards. The companies that come for placements are mainly in the IT field. Placements for civil and mech are comparatively less than other departments. The percentage of students getting placed are less than 50%

I am still studying and only 1st year so I dont know about thatmuch.But teachers are saying that here placements will come mostly any IT companys and mechanical engineering will also get in It companies etc

Highest average package is 20 LPA I think.around 60 percentage of students are placed .my plan is to go for placement if I get good offers or I'll go abroad for job

Campus Palcements are available in our college which starts from 7 th semester onwards. The Career Guidance & Placement Unit (CGPU) committee comprises of the Principal, the Coordinator, Faculty Members and Student representatives.The Career Guidance and Placement Unit (CGPU) of the college actively organizes campus recruitments and training programmes for students. The CGPU also focuses on developing industry-readiness in the students. Placement-oriented training as well as training programs on other technical and non-technical topics are organized on a regular basis. Continual motivation and support is provided forstudents interested in pursuing higher studies as well as for those aspiring to enter the Civil Services and other such careers.Placement recruites are IBS, Infosys, Dell,Vipro,Bosch, Amazon, Tata, Keltron, Quest etc. Total offers are 500 last year which has average package of 3.5 to 4 lpa.

Campus placement starts in the 7th semester. Some companies that have visited are TCS, SADA, Infosys etc. Average package is 5. Maximum package is around 20. Of all students, 40% are getting placed. I want to get placed through my college's placement drives.

From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Ust, infosys, quest, tcs are the companies visists us with offers. Highest average package provided by companies are 5 lakh. Till 2022 75% students got placed. But this year it is less than 70% and it gives us anxiety. My plans after degree is to get a job but i have to work for it.
