About GHRCEM B.Tech
G H Raisoni College of Engineering and Management, Pune (GHRCEM) offers a four-year, full-time B.Tech in 10 branches with 1,410 seats in all. The college is autonomous under Savitribai Phule Pune University and holds NAAC A+. It is a Hindi linguistic minority college, so 720 of those seats go to Hindi minority students. Seats are filled through MHT CET or JEE Main in the CET Cell CAP rounds. The full fee without hostel is INR 5.24 Lakhs, the same for every branch. GHRCEM B.Tech Fees
The total fees with hostel is INR 8.04 Lakhs and the fees without hostel is INR 5.24 Lakhs. The tuition fee is INR 4.56 Lakhs of that, and you pay INR 1,31,000 a year in all. The state Fee Regulating Authority (FRA) fixes this fee and it is the same in every branch. There is no caution deposit. The college says the fee may change once the FRA decides its appeal.

GHRCEM B.Tech Eligibility
You need 45% in Class 12 with Physics and Maths, or 40% if you are a reserved category, EWS or PwD student from Maharashtra. You also need an MHT CET or a JEE Main score. Every branch uses the same rule. For a Hindi minority seat you also fill the Proforma-O form.

The steps are the exam, the CAP form, the option form, the seat and reporting. The CET Cell gives out every CAP seat. You list branches in order, and each round gives you the highest branch on your list that your score clears. Seats left after round 4 go to the college's own merit list.

The General seat in CSE closed at 92.82 percentile and the TFWS seat at 93.89 in round 1 of 2026. These are MHT CET percentiles on Maharashtra seats. Civil closed at 84.47, up from 70.62 in 2024, so older numbers are not safe. Hindi minority seats closed far lower, at 72.06 in CSE.

GHRCEM B.Tech Scholarships
A TFWS seat gives the most, the full tuition of INR 4.56 Lakhs. The EBC scholarship takes half the tuition off for boys and all of it for girls. It needs a family income up to INR 8 Lakhs. SC and ST students with income below INR 2.5 Lakhs get the full fee. You must apply within 8 days of admission, and only CAP seats qualify.
