Fees and Financial Aid:

We pay 1.5 lakh per month. Scholarship does apply. We get reduction according to our 12th marks during management. Minimum of 80% is required in PCM for counselling. We do get scholarships for few communties according to our parents LPA

My take on Easwari Engineering College

Likes

Fee is reasonable compared to other colleges

The academic schedule is too heavy throughout the semester

Fees and Financial Aid:

The yearly fee that I pay under the Management quota is Rs. 1,00,000 , which comes to a total of Rs. 4,00,000 for the complete 4 year course. The structure is evenly divided into four categories namely - Tution fees, E-Learning fees, Books fees and CDC fees. Each Rs. 25,000 per year. CDC (Career Development Course) fees are for placement training, where they prepare us for aptitude, interviews and other placement related skills. Sometimes in labs, if we break any material or apparatus, the college asks us to pay extra for that, but it is not included in the yearly fees. Students who join though Government quota (TNEA Counselling) pay around Rs 1,30,000 per year which is 30,000 more than management fees which is really strange. There are also scholarships available. In my class, two students have got full scholarships from a foundation and they do not have to pay any fees at all for their studies. So, yes there is a financial help for sutdents who qualify. Overall, the fee is fixed and does not icnrease every year and the structure is clear to undertsand.

My Perceptions of EEC so far

Fees and Financial Aid:

The Yearly Fees is 1,30,000 rs. per year - split up to 55,000 Rs. for the Tuition fees, 25,000 Rs. for the Book fees, 25,000 Rs. for e-Learning and the rest for Career Development Courses (They have taken aptitude courses so far).

Dislikes

The college is academically sound , but adding more creative programs like entrepreneurship will be a great value add
While the curriculum is solid, more guest lectures form industry experts could enhance practical learning futher

Fees and Financial Aid:

I'm currently pursuing my B.E degree at Easwari Engineering College and i would like to share how the fee structure works here and how it helps students in their education journey. Through the government quota i pay about ?55,000 per year with a one time admission of ?5000in the first year approximately around ?2.2 Lakhs for the full course Students at the Mangement Quota , around ?3.4 lakhs overall. While detailed breaksups are not listed the whole process is smooth and transparent. What stands out at EEC is that it suports various government schmes like First Graduate Scheme and AICTE Scheme are actively encourages and well - facilitated by the college. Especially students from reserved categories, benifit from full or partial fee reimbursemennt making education far more accessible

The total fees is 1,30,000 (yearly) in which the tution fee is 55,000, book fee is 25,000, e-learning fee is 25,000, placement fee is 25,000. This fee does not increase or decrease. They also provide scholarships for first graduate and other students.

The fees is 130000 yearly. Excluding the exam fees which is around 3000 per semester. The transport fees starts from 45000 per year that is aside of the yearly fees. It is affordable compared to other engineering colleges in Chennai

The lateral entry students generally face some difficulties in coping up with the syllabus. Easwari Engineering College provides a number of courses for overcoming these difficulties and placing the students on track with the syllabus.
The Bridge Course provided by the college is considered to be most important for the lateral entry students. In this course, special classes are taken to cover the topics and chapters from the first year which the students have missed.
Programs are organized for placement related training before the hiring session starts.
The college is rich in both curricular and extracurricular activities. The teaching staff support the lateral students in every curriculum and teaching-related queries.
You will generally find the practical lab-sessions easy to grasp, and having the knowledge from professors, it becomes a smooth workflow.
