We went to some companyes for an internship so in our. College has 100 %placement. To sell a product to a junior student or any other persons. And made a some. Group for this internship these are available in college

My honest review

Likes

I really like the efforts that our department HOD is taking towards improving our Industry related knowledge putting extra efforts in taking additional classes to improve our technical skills
Our college efforts by conducting placements classes every week , Workshop (2-3 days) every semester and also Skill labs in every semester (5-6 days)
If you are bored attending classes you have sports complex have you can play any indoor games and also we have a ground when you can any outdoor games .We also have many other clubs like fashion club , photography club, music clubs and many others

Dislikes

Our college is not that really big in acres compared to any other colleges in bengaluru. So there are not many shops inside .We only have two 2 canteens when are of normal size
Not all but some faculty members may not that really good at teaching .They will just read slideshows , so most of the learning would be of youtube . But there are also great faculty members whose classes will be simply amazing
Feast and events are not conducted with such passion , often its not great compared to other colleges so we prefer other college feasts .

Generally I pefferd this college because of the college's reputation in placments . Students generally get placed into company's in 7th sem . Generally companies like TATA, IBM, Infosys, Amazon , Wistron, Accenture, Xoriant, Hp etc . generally 800 + students gets offers . Highest package is around 30+ Lpa and avearge package is 7 Lpa .MY plan is to try for both placements and also Gate examination

the things i like is supportive faculty of aiml branch , every one in our department are approachable ,knowledgeable and they are willing to guide us on projects ,research work .
another thing is campus environment the campus is green , peaceful , and spacious , it provides a good environment

Dislikes

one thing is that there is no such place near our campus that all friends can hangout during our break hrs

as of now i dont have much information on ongoing placement . as per the data provided at college website the total number of students got placed during 2023-24 are 555 with a lowest package of 3lpa and highest package was 29.48 lpa , total 45 companies were visited .

Usually in our college placements starts from 7th semester of four year curriculum. I heard most of CSE people got placed with average salary of 4 Lakhs per annum and highest of twenty lakh per annum through some cometition.

Little teaching need to be improved and also extra activities need to be encoraged
Their is interactions are more technical and awesome
faculty's having 20+ and 30+ experience good guidance and also qualified mentors

Internships Opportunities:

we have got the copany name TCS they have come to campus and gave a bigg knowledge about how we recrute it is very helpfull. Still we are inthe 3rd sem so wecan get more compes ahead. Training is incrporated in the first year. studies and higher studies councling. 1 on 1 interactions with industrial experts. Special seminars andtalks are conducted to educate students about the industry.

DR AIT (BLR) Pros and Cons

Likes

Exams are conducted with ease and teachers provide with the necessary materials
Affordable fee with the proper time window to pay fee and no pressure
College bus service with great facilities in and around bangalore

Dislikes

College campus is very old and less infrastructure
The classroom structure is very weak with leakages
Teachers doesn't encourage extra curricular activates

Placement Experience:

Placements are pretty avcerage in my opinion since only few tech companies are visiting this year is almost half of which were visiting before around 500 students from all departments get eligible for placements every year TCS took around 120 students Cognizant took 15 students Stratogent took 10 Elocity took 2 Hashedin took 5 Accenture and Tech Mahinra have visted and about to take 50 and 50 each. Highest package is 10LPA Average is 3 LPA Around 25% of students have gotten placed. My plan is to work since i got placed.

Good environment,with good professor....
Campus is very attractive and it's about 16acre
To study library is very good with neat discipline

Dislikes

Students character should be change little bit
Still need more placementa company to approach college
There are only some companies will come to college to take placements that should be change

Internships Opportunities:

Many companies will offer internship but they were not giving stipend...as I done my internship outside I have got stipend about 12k per month I have not gone to internship offered by college...but many of my friends gone but they didn't get stipend

Likes

College is in the city providing good access to nearby things
Strength is good , crowd is good and engaging
Faculties are very nice and co-operative to all of us.

Dislikes

Obvious thing that we all dislike is the college campus area
The college campus is just about 25 acres which is too small.
Mess food is not good , I am taking food in North mess but I hate how they cook .

Internships Opportunities:

I'm a third sem student in the ece depart of our college . Ece being a core branch we haven't yet seen any internship calls from the college side that they are organising programs as such , we know that we have to do it ourselves .

Likes

College ambience it is very good because of may trees inside
College fee( for me) is less than is around 33400
Hostel and college are near by and commuting is very easy girls and boys ratio is almost equal

Dislikes

Hostel mess food is the worst and college and hostel buildings are little old

Placement Experience:

For 6th semister students are eligible to sit for placement and our college give moderate placement we have to learn skills and our college provide placement classes also every week and we can approach companies directly if we not get any placement our college has 70 percentage of placement highest package is 25 lpacompanies visited are TCS, cognizant Capgemini landtetc . after completion of my degree i would like to work as software engineer

Likes

College is having many fests and events.
College has multiple tech clubs. And has a good coding environment
College has a cricket ground which is a good thing as u can play there.

Dislikes

Management of college is worth, No one is serious about anything.
Infrastructure is not tht good , but its manageable
College is strict about attendance. Its a good thing but sometimes it feels horrible.

Placement Experience:

I don't have much idea about placements. But if you are well skilled you will get placed in campus placements . College has placement classes for each semester which is a good thing. College has multiple tech clubs that will help you in skilling up.
