My college experience

Likes

I like the way that the teachers taught is very efficient for the students.
I like the campus because it looks nice as compression to other government colleges
I like the calmess of my teacher because it taught very peaceful way..

Dislikes

I dislike because no any sports are played on our college in big level..
Only 10 to 5 classes are held .so it feels booring
And our college placement rate is very low so I dislike my college

Admission:

I didn't apply other colleges ..my first college is dce darbhanga so i select only this college ... I passed jee mains and through ugeac counselling i achieved this college and my branch is civil... Admission process is very easy only apply ugeac counselling and take admission an eligibility is onlyyou passes jee mains exam or bcece exam that conducted bcece itself

Good college for engineering within bihar.

Likes

Good girls to boys ratio and nice engagement.
Have good oppertunity to start love life .
Nice environment between boys and girls in campus and in class.

Dislikes

Have restriction over girls for hostel timings.
No boys allowed in campus after 7 pm and girl's hostel closed at 7
Have limited access to places around due to have main Nh area

Admission:

This is a good college compared to others in Bihar for engineering under BCECE. Which is a considerable thing before taking admission. This college is known for it's disciplined environment and strict attendance policy. You cannot apply any management quota here.

DCE pros and cons.

Likes

This college is very affordable, you can complete your graduation at very minimal amount of money.
Girls and boys ratio has improved year by year.
All faculty members are serious in teaching.

Dislikes

Campus Life is not good as an average 3rd tier college.
Attendance is the most important thing in the college, teachers are more concerned about attendance not about study.
Mobile network is very poor in the entire campus, you have to relay on the college wifi.

Admission:

Firstly I got Haldia institute of Technology, Chemical Engineering branch but I don't prefer this college due to transportation facilities are very poor and campus is in remote area. So I decided to complete my b.tech degree in my home state, bihar.

My college is very good

Likes

The college has good classrooms and teachers but can improve in infrastructure and also in sports.
In the college the ratio of boy and girl is approx 3:1.
All the faculty is well educated and expericenced.

Dislikes

I like the most the festivals and sports of my college.
college has good faculty and classrooms.
The college has a good library which has a lot of books.

Admission:

I chose this college because this college is good in my state Bihar and the college is near to my home. Also my JEE score is good so I got this colege in first round. The college has good enviroment so chose this college.

Likes

A good environment regarding sports , technology,
A qualified faculty that has been great mentor for your life
I like the campus environment also which keeps us to develop or fascinate new ideas

Dislikes

I don't like structure of the college and also the colour
You have to maintain 75 % attendance otherwise you are not able seat in the exam
And there is no canteen in college campus

Admission:

I applied for Delhi University for Bsc but I didn't get admission because I'm very much more interested in engineering than bsc I got admission in my college on the basis of jee mains. there is UGEAC ( Undergraduate engineering admission counselling) in which I got a seat in college I got seat in first allotment then I decided to get admission and not go for 2nd second Admission is not much hectic but you have conscious about career and college Overall admission experience is good

The Academics of dce darbhanga is very impressive. All the classes happen as their routine. Labs are also happen.
Sports fest is also a point of attraction of this college.
It is just beside the east- west corridor.

Dislikes

There is no any company come for internship.
The boys hostel is located 2 km away to college.

Admission:

I got admitted here directly in 2nd year through BCECE LE examination, where i got 262 ur rank . People could also take admission through Jee mains score. For cse through General category, you need to have more than 85 %ile.

Likes

Supporting seniors and teacher. They help us in all kind of problems.
various clubs that teaches lot of stuffs

Dislikes

It doesn't have inverter and wifi all around the building so you have to go to specific spots to use wifi.
It doesn't have canteen so you have to go outside to eat something

Admission:

The admission process was straight forward. I got admission by jee results, you can also give the Bihar engineering eligiblility examination. Eligibility is the course is 12. We can get the admission form from Bihar engineering official website.

Overall Our College Review

Likes

Overall Faculties are very helpful and friendly.
Campus environment is very good, and no ragging environment.
Clubs are very creative, and senior juniors are very friendly.

Dislikes

Security need to improve , this is little bad
Lap work should increase, and lap availibilty
Sport culture need to improvement, and also some extra curriculum activities.

Admission:

in the year 2018 i took admission in B.Tech in Darbhanga College of Engineering ( DCE Darbhanga ). DCE Darbhanga is a state sponserec engineering college, which holds rank 3 among all the engineering colleges in Bihar. On and before the year 2018 Bihar School Examination Board Patna ( BSEB Patna ) used to conduct a state level entrence exam, Bihar Combined Entrence Competitive Examination ( BCECE ) based upon whoes ranking students were alloted the colleges throughout the Bihar. Whereas from the year 2019 and onward, JEE Mains took over the BCECE and based upon the JEE Mains score, colleges were started to be alloted to the respective students. We find the application form from the website of jeemains about the entrance exam and fee .

The Journey Of DCE, Darbhanga

Admission:

The admission process was through jeed main examination. But every candidate has to fill out the form of the Bihar combined Examination. After the cutoff of the Bihar combined list, one get to take admission accordingly. The admission process to college was quite hectic. It is a kinda very slow process.
