We are eligible for the campus placements from 7th semester Our college placements are the best Every year Max 98% students gets placed and some go for higher studies Most of the companies came into our college for recruitment process like Wells Fargo Oracle Microsoft Adobe City MasterCard etc

- The course structure, as it is comprehensive and organized.
- Sence of duty of the college staff, as they try to make us immensely comfortable and successful.
Dislikes
- The campus is a little bit smaller as compared to the others in pune.
- I find a little discomfort in the comments passed based on clothes.
Placement Experience:
The placement process goes really well. Most of the students get placed and have a decent salary. The process starts from 3rd year itself, as many companies come for interns. After that they get the PPOs, if not, they're given another opportunity to sit for direct placements in 4th year.

- Labs are well equipped. Internet facility is there.
- Faculty is professional. Teach very well.
Placement Experience:
1. Placements are provided 2. Steps - technical test, then technical interview and then HR interview. 3. Plans after getting degree, student can opt for placement or can opt for post graduation in various fields.

- Placement is too good in Cummins. Infact the best.
- Campus is small. But that is the safe place for girls. Cause of girls college
Dislikes
- 90% teachers are the worst. They have Dr degree. But they can't teach
- There is no concept of friendship, everyone is fake. They are just your competitors

95% is the placement ratio And other 5% student's goes to higher study So we can say placement ratio is 100% 200+ companies visit to Cummins The best companies came to Cummins rather than coep, eg microsoft with 51 LPA

- I also the appreciate the subjects which are taught
Dislikes
- The campus is small it is the only thing I don't like
- Fees here are very high near to 200000 which is not good thing

In your 5th sem you become eligible for campus placements, you can get all information about college placements of past years on college website, Microsoft has highest package of 55 lakhs last year . Placements here are really good, average package is 1300000

- Being a women’s college, it may lack the gender diversity some students seek.
- Faculty is not very considerate and flexible if we want to do something other than college which requires flexibility

Placement and internship opportunities at Cummins College of Engineering for Women are a major attraction for students. Students become eligible for internships in their 5th semester and for placements in their 7th semester. Prestigious companies such as Microsoft, JP Morgan, and VISA regularly visit the campus for recruitment. Notably, the highest packages have been offered by Microsoft and DE Shaw, amounting to 50 LPA and 55 LPA respectively. Average package is almost 15 lpa.

- the developement process based on curriculum include only those subjects which are actually needed in corporate life and also we have very cooperative teaching staff

- Things I disliked is only the college is not co-ed and only girls college

campus placement is good about 9 students in year 2023-2024 has been placed in microsoft and all other high tech companies such as intuit , SAP lans , deustch bank , citi bank comes for plaement in our college around 589 students has been placed this year

- The teaching faculty at MKSSS Cummins College of Engineering for Women is amazing and extremely helpful and supportive.
- The campus life and the students studying here are extremely intelligent and so a good coding culture exists in the college.
Dislikes
- The campus size is a little less, so the fun and adventure that any student expects at their college is not there, due to low campus size.
- The schedule of MKSSS Cummins College of Engineering for Women can sometimes be hectic, but it's for the good of the students.

The main attraction of MKSSS Cummins College of Engineering for Women Pune is their placement opportunities. The college provides good on campus placements. Almost over 80 percent of the students gets placed. The avg placement for CS/IT branches rangea over 12 to 13 lpa. The TnP here at MKSSS Cummins College of Engineering for Women Pune is extremely vigilant and supportive and thua aid in a smooth conduction of the placement sessions.

Best placement in comparison to other colleges in Pune. For the year 2023, 610 students were placed out of around 620 students. The highest Package was around 55 LPA. Companies like Microsoft, Walmart, Palo Alto, DE Shaw visit campus.
