My Campus life

Likes

Calm and beautiful environment. The plants and trees are making the college more fresh. The name of the trees are mentioned near them which mske it more attractive
A good transportation facilities available . Enough college buses and availability of public transportation is remarkable
A beautifully arranged library with supportive staffs. We can take 3 books at a time using our library card

Dislikes

The college uniform is not so attractive. No separate uniforms for lab works
The extra curricular activities are very less compared to other colleges
Although the college name ia college of engineering Trikaripur , the location is actually Cheemeni which is far away from Trikaripur. This make some miscommunications

Admission:

Yes i get rejection from other colleges . The admission process of my college is based on kerala engineering entrance exam. The eligibility is based on the rank in the entrance. But we can get a management or nri seast here with out the entrance exam

Likes

I liked the campus atmosphere it is very clam and very peaceful very good for studying
A good faculty line up the facilities are good and are friendly also.
College gives good support in extracurricular activities and different verities of programs

Dislikes

I didn’t like the infrastructure of campuses its like old and small

I chose this college because this is the best in this region i cant travel long due to some issues so this is the best comparing with the rest in this kasaragod kannur region.and for me easy to travel.i wrote keam exam and got admission through allotment process

Likes

College has a very nice atmosphere and the campus is quite good
The college union is very strong and conducts a lot of programs and is very helpful for newcomers
All the faculties in the college are very helpful

Dislikes

Bathrooms are not really clean and needs improvement
Exams and assignments are given in a very tight schedule
College sports doesn't have great facilities for example football ground is really bad

Admission:

This college is the second best in my nearby localities,it provides placement opportunities and teaches really well compared to other self finance colleges, a lot of students get placements within the college

The experience that i had in my college

Likes

teaching and labs are quite good teachers will gave good support in studying.
college area is eco friendly so many trees aa good nature touch.
programs in college are great and conductions are also in every program and events.

Dislikes

sports activities is quite low there is no separate geounds for each game there is only one big ground for everything
there is less free hours all hours teachers will come so that is a negative
ladies hostel and canteen food is not as much good

Admission:

our college has a high pass percentage rate and high no of students and well good teachers compared to other college so i choosed this college. the admissions process is pretty simple and good we need to write keam exam for getting in demanded streams like computer science etcc but in some streams there is no need for keam

Admission:

College of Engineering, Trikaripur is a NAAC and NBA(EEE) accredited college. It is an ISO-certified college too. It is the top college in the Malabar region of Kerala. It has the 3rd position in all Kerala ktu results in 2019. The college has a good and calm atmosphere. College admission is mainly based on KEAM entrance rank. They have NRI, and management quota also. The courses available here are computer science engineering, civil engineering, information and technology, electrical and electronics engineering, and electronics and communication engineering. They have a well-facilitated lab and workshop. All teachers and good. They have a major and minor canteen with food at a low price. They have college bus services. They have various active groups like NSS, ISTE, IEEE etc. There is a very active placement unit with many placements recently.

I have chosen civil engineering in that college because, at that college civil is get more prefer. I got admission in management quota. My engineering entrance rank is 33225.
