The College of Engineering Bhubaneswar does not offer its own scholarships, but students have access to government-sponsored scholarships. The Medhabruti scholarship by the Odisha government provides Rs. 10,000 per year for general category students and Rs. 18,000 for SC/ST students. The Post-Matric scholarship covers nearly 90% of fees for SC/ST students and between 30% to 50% for OBC/SEBC students. Merit students receive Rs. 25,000 per year. Educational loans are facilitated through a tie-up with Syndicate Bank.
The college fee structure varies, but generally, the BCA program costs Rs. 45,000 per year, and the B.Tech CSE course costs around Rs. 90,000 to Rs. 110,000 annually. Additional fees include semester registration fees of Rs. 1,550 and an extra charge for form fill-up during exams, usually ranging from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 2,000. No fee hikes occur over the four-year period, and payment can be made through cash, cheque, or online transactions.
Discounts on fees are available for students from economically weaker sections, dependent on proof of low family income.
