Chandigarh Engineering College (CEC) Landran has a well-defined fee structure.The B.Tech tution fee is approximately rupees 96,400 per year,totaling around rupees 3,85,600 for four years. M.Tech and MBA prgrams have the same annual fee,making their cost rupees 1,92,800 for two years.The BBA program costs rupees 40,000 per semester, totaling rupees 2,40,000 for three year. Additional charges include Japanese and fees of rupees 1502 rupees 3000 per semester, while hostile fees range from rupees 90,000 to rupees 1,20,000 per year. Students from reserved categories like SCS and OBC can avail government scholarships. Detailed fee structure for my college is I have paid 10000 as a reservation fees for this college and later on to was included in my college fees and if someone is not interested then he will be refunded with the fees. We can pay it semester wise and year wise as prefered by individual. Fees per semester for college is 64150. And that of year it becomes 128300. I have also opted for hostel and there are different hostel and starting from 110000 per year and goes upto 140000. Depending on whether ac rooms, non AC rooms 2 seater , 3 seater or 4 seater

Good and bad sides of taking admission in CGC

Dislikes

75 % attendance is necessary and also they give marks according to the attendance.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Fees for the course I am doing is 66650 per semester which makes 133300 rupees per year but first semester fees is higher which was 68650. This feels range is good for someone from middle class background. Before admission registration fees of 11000 rupees was payed from which 10000 rupees was added to the fees of first semester. Hostel fees is also much reasonable. Considering every events and everything the estimate fees till the course completion will be around 11 to 12 lakhs for 4 years including other expenses like eating outside.

SC and ST students are given scholarships in their semester fee.
