CBIT MCA : Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Admission to Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT) is primarily through the I-CET entrance exam. Students with ranks around 5000 to 12000 can secure a spot, with admission involving a demand draft and submission of original certificates. CBIT offers convenor and B category quotas, and occasionally spot admissions. The faculty is highly qualified, with many holding PhDs, and supports students through lectures, workshops, and events, focusing on practical applications and student engagement.

The college's fee structure is Rs. 85,000 per year for MCA and Rs. 35,000 for MBA, with additional exam and semester fees. Although considered expensive, the resources, including a well-equipped library, justify the cost. The college placed 1500 students in the recent academic year, with renowned recruiters like Deloitte, Accenture, and Amazon offering salary packages between Rs. 2.4 lakh and Rs. 15 lakh per annum (average Rs. 4 lakh). BTech students had over 50 recruiting companies, while MCA students had 10-11.

Internships of up to 4 weeks are permitted off-campus in the final semester, earning extra credits. Among 64 students in a class, 34 were placed. MCA students receive a Rs. 25,000 scholarship, and loan facilities up to Rs. 1,00,000 are available for necessities like laptops. SC and ST students get full fee reimbursement, BC students receive a Rs. 27,000 scholarship, and the overall college fee is Rs. 95,000, with planned increases.
