Registration fee- 300 Recreation fee - 700 Hostel are not mandatory.Those who take they have to pay hostel fee i.e 9600 Scholarship are also given by u.p govt as it is a state government college. Tuition fee hikes are controlled by the AKTU itself. Which is very nominal and even zero percent most of the time. I did not see any fee hike during my course period. But mess fee is controlled by the college itself. It is hike every year by at least 10 percent. Few seat are also alloted to financial wavier. You can also take benefits of scholarship provided by the Uttar Pradesh government.

Faculty: The faculty of MMM is better skilled and professional than BIET. While BIET has 4 permanent faculty members in their CSE department, MMM has 19 permanent faculty members in their CSE department.
Locality: MMM is situated at the city's center where students find all the facilities.

BIET Jhansi is a government college whereas JSS Noida is a private college. I have heard a lot about JSS Noida as my brother graduated from this college last year. JSS being a private college charges a higher amount than BIET.

Both of the colleges are good enough to take admission but let’s compare it with a few factors.

The infrastructure of BIET isn’t up to the mark whereas JSS Noida is well-maintained and has a beautiful campus that includes greenery as well.
The hostel services and the premises of BIET are cheaper and aren’t well-furnished.
As Jhansi is in Bundelkhand and it is a small city, BIET doesn’t provide good facilities because of its location.
On the contrary, the students of JSS Noida have the access to prepare for any other competitive exams like CAT, UPSC, GATE, CSE, ESE, GMAT/GRE and many more.
Noida is near Ghaziabad, which is the NCT of Delhi and many coaching institutes run in Ghaziabad.
This fortunate opportunity isn’t available for the students of Jhansi.

There is no surety about JIIT Noida, but- BIET JHANSI is a government college and ranks at 3 in UPTU. It has a very large campus with all facilities and placements are also good. While JIIT is a private institute. So, there is no comparison between BIET and JIIT. As we know that there are a number of private colleges in every nook and corner but government colleges are rare.

On campus, you will have ample resources to enhance your coding skills like free LAN. You can also count on the seniors to provide useful hacks but it does not include the faculty.
