Overall a good college

Placement Experience:

In the last semester you become eligible for the placements because in 3rd yr you have to do internships as it is a women's college many companies come and conduct drive The minimum package is 4 and the max package is 12lpa

Likes

It is a total girls college (So obviously there are no boys) .
The teacher and staff is very supportive , The guidance is very clear.
Very much satisfied with the college campus

Dislikes

The seminar hall is a little bit small than expected
There are average placement opportunities

Placement Experience:

From the third year itself students are eligible for campus placements. Companies such as Walmart, accenture , TCS, Wipro, L&T , etc . The highest salary (as of 2021) was 20LPA and the average package was 5LPA.

Pros and cons on BVCOEW

Likes

Campus Life is good. It will be hectic for day scholar as they miss out on campus Life so much.
Peers make me like everything about the college.
Faculties provided by college are much promising. Over a year they have improved so much in their infrastructure.

Dislikes

Attendance for the students. They should make it mandatory but 75 is soo much that how will students manage everything if they are day scholar and trying to learn skill.

Placement Experience:

Companies start coming in early of 7th semester i.e 4th year of the course. Companies visited like Western union, BNY Mellon,H.P, Amdocs,FIS, Vodafone, Capgemini, etc. In 2023-24, the highest package was of 22lpa of Western union, 10-8lpa by BNY Mellon,FIS, Western union. There are Mentors for T&P which helps students to prepare for their placements. Also encouraging them for Entrepreneurship.

Likes

Campus, faculty support and methodology.
Very good teaching faculties and supportive to weaker students
College's library can be considered as a plus point to note

Dislikes

Actually bathrooms are needed to be well maintained
Few workers or some office staffs are very rude
There should be extra classrooms and good laboratories seperate for every year

Placement Experience:

Our college placements are good but we are currently lagging maybe every college because of IT industry's so called resession which is going on right now but still there are chances of campus placement for talented ones so plan is being in those people and crack the placement

Provide financial assistance by providing scholarships
Even nss camp is present where we can work as volunteer and help for society betterment
Technaut i.e tech club helped me to improve my technical skills.

Dislikes

Should conduct more co curricular activities
Internships should be provided for students
More clubs should be added for students betterment to enhance there skills practically

Placement Experience:

Placement particularly starts from 4th yr 1st sem that is 7th sem . Companies like tcs, standard chartered and thoughtoworks etc visits . My plan is to go for master degree after my completion of the engineering degree.

Likes

Friends , campus , canteen and the most important the annual feast .
Annual feast was the best art of my college life . The dance class were scheduled everyday and we use to have fun
Technical activities and presentations just boosted up my confidence.

Dislikes

Regular unit test that were actually not neede but as per sppu it is conducted.
Theory assignment that was too much . Like rather than practical knowledge only theory knowledge is considered for term work
They should provide internship opportunities for students in order to explore and gain experience.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester the companies start coming for placement opportunities. Various companies like tcs , standard chartered, thought work , Amdocs visit our college. Highest package was 22 lakh and 15 lakhs and the average is 4 lakhs. My plan is to get a job after my degree and acquire experience in the domain I want to work and explore it .

From 3 year, Accenture, TCS etc it's almost 90% , my plan after degree is I think I will do Mtech means for that i will prepare for gate

Remarks:

College has very good staff but need to improve in placements. Their are workshops and seminars arranged on regular basis that are helpful. Many events are arranged by NSS units. Academics are covered within time.

Remarks:

My college is very good at all I think. Here all the things are available that every student think about their dream college. The service providers in our college is very good also the staff and all co operator are very much polite with student. My college has very big campus area but only the thing is that its infrastructure is quite small and adjusted.
