Things i liked is our playground which is big enough for us aswe can play so many games
Our basket ball court is very beautiful and asthetic
And we also have an indoor badminton court type area

Dislikes

Things i disliked is the crowd of college is not much good as i expected to be
Our class has no ac facilities during summer season
Our canteen area is so unhygienic but it is ok

Admission:

I applied for the du colleges but further my father and i decided to not take the admission in du colleges because of the infrastructure problems i choose this college because it was the only option i left with and the admission process of this college is cet entrance exam

Good college but bad infra

Likes

I like the staff and teaching as they are friendly with the students, we got good internals too
I like actives like events and fests organised here
Playground including basketball court and cricket ground

Dislikes

Placements were not that good and most are off campus
Curriculum is very strict and many classes per week.
Infrastructure is not that good , we don't have auditorium.

Admission:

This is the best option I can get admission into at my rank , I was also getting kiet etc but doesn't want to go to AkTU cause of their wide syllabus and long semester, that's why took admission in IPU.

BPIT - an honest review by a first year student

Likes

The faculty is good they dont nag much about things. Some professors are very keen in passing down knowledge.
The attendance policy is not as strict as msit or bvcoe which is good.
The teachers dont go too hard while giving internals. The girl to boy ratio is very good tbh there are more girls then you would expect from an engineering college

Dislikes

Infrastructure is very bad its basically just one building.
the canteen food is not that good its decent though
there's no ac in classrooms in summers its very bad

Admission:

I only applied to aktu and Ggsipu after jee. I later didn't go aktu clgs because they have a very bad rep overall with their exam system and attendance policy. Bpit takes in admission on the basis of your jee score but there are 15% seats reserved for management quota

the girls to boys ratio is good. it is around 1:2
the faculty is experienced, all graduated from good colleges

Dislikes

the campus is too small. it is around 5 acres only
the facilities provided are average. the building is irregular.

Admission:

i chose this college as it is in the top 3 of IP university. the placement is better than almost all colleges of ipu. i could not get in other colleges because of their cut off rank. i got a seat in this college at a rank of 143000, that too in CSE. admissions are done through JEE main exam.

College with a good education but not so good atendance

I likes the supporting teachers and the ground facility of the college
I really likes the support that teachers show when you want to learn anything beyond the basic course

Dislikes

Dislikes the strictness towards the attendance
Canteen is even worse when it comes to variety and taste of the food

Admission:

I chose this college honestly because it has one of the biggest grounds in my University and no other college provides such a big ground of the college. Also it is very near to metro stagions providing easy connectivity Admission process- Give IPUCET exam and according to marks you get choose the colleges from the university on the basis of the cutoff

It's bettter than other private colleges, have better placement records. It has strong alumni network and It's in delhi so that's a plus point in itself. Getting admission here isn't that tough. you can get admission on the basis of jee mains rank.

Beyond the classroom, How BPIT stand out!!

Likes

Staff support: The teachers are very helpful and provide us with all the notes, structured content to study as well as many PYQ's to study from. Any topic that is left to teach in the class. Teachers are accountable for doubts
Co-curriculum events: There are several sports events, parties, alumni meets, debate competitions
Canteen: the mess provides decent food and is hygenic

Dislikes

Lack of community engagement: everyone is busy in there all lives.
No boys hostel: there is no boys hostel. Only girls hostel is there
Less practical exposure: there is less practical exposure to subject practicals

Admission:

I had an option to go to GTBIT(IPU) Computer Science, ADGTIM(IPU) Information technology and SRCC(DU) Bsc computer science. I chose BPIT because of its culture and the support by staff and seniors. there was no review about ragging plus the fees structure at the time i joined was best among all. GTBIT placement record was not up to the mark and at the IPU ranking BPIT was ranked above ADGTIM. My rank in JEE mains was 240000 and got BPIT at the second last counselling round. There is no other way of entering this college. You need to attempt JEE mains. For ECE rank needed is 230000, for CSE and IT is 150000

Likes

Faculties are well educated and good they will help you when need
Placement is good and cs and it and decent in ece , avoid eee
As it's located in rohini you will have good areas to visit and near dtu

Dislikes

Infrastructure is too small and not well used many places are empty which can be filled with something and there is no ac in classrooms
Fees is little bit more as compared to other top ipu colleges
They don't provide any help in education loan

I consider CSE-DS here over NSUT Mechanical(Main Campus) and DTU Production Engineering because I wanted to learn about coding and for thinking about future and here you will get good opportunities company comes with here with the package of 3 lpa to 35 lpa and for more you will have to apply off campus.

Likes

I really like the faculty of my college and theirsupport in everything
Canteen of the college is good and serve clean and safe food

Dislikes

I dislike the infrastructure and how the building is not well painted
Not all rooms have AC's which makes it pretty tough in summers

Admission:

This college was the best option i had in the marks i obtained and the course in information technology holds many future career opportunities and a huge spectrum of jobs I didn't got the branch i wanted in MSIT and MAIT hence i chose this college

BPIT - Shaping Tomorrow's Leaders

Likes

The teachers in my college teach well and pay close attention to the students who are studying. They clear doubts effectively and focus on the students who are sincere. Those who disrupt the class with nonsense are asked to leave.
There are enough number of societies so that you can choose one as per your hobbies or interests in any particular field. Seminars are always happening, some speaker will come and guide you about things.
You can play outdoor games like Volleyball, Kabaddi, Basketball, Football and Badminton. There are courts and nets for these.

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not that good. There is only one primary buildin and one building in the mess and canteen area (it's a new building with air conditioned classrooms, it's for MBA & BBA). In the primary building there are no AC classrooms and labs.
Sports facilities are not that much. There should be more indoor games. Also mess food is okayish as per the price.
Hostel is not available for boys so you'll have to get a PG if you are from outside Delhi. Although girls hostel are there.

Admission:

I applied for the colleges under JAC DELHI but I couldn't make it because of my JEE MAINS Rank which was 158319. I had IPU colleges as backup and I got the seat in BPIT and I locked it right away because I had no other options. If I compare it with other colleges, Infrastructure is a big no! Campus size is very small about 10-12 acres. With no proper gym and indoor games facilities. Also there is no Hostel facility for Boys. But hostels are available for Girls. Admission process is quite simple you'll have to apply for GGSIPU Counselling. Eligibility is you must have minimum 75% in 12th. And you're good to go with your JEE mains scorecard.
