The faculty at the college is considered adequate but has areas needing improvement. Many senior professors have retired or moved on, being replaced by less experienced junior teachers. Despite this, the majority of teachers hold PhDs, while the rest hold Master’s degrees (M.Pharma). They employ audio-visual aids and sometimes deliver lectures in the students' mother tongue for better understanding.
The faculty is approachable for doubt clearance, even during lunch breaks, and maintains a friendly rapport with students. The teaching quality is generally good, supported by excellent laboratory and hostel facilities. The examination process is managed well to enhance student performance. Overall, the college faculty is supportive and attentive to students' needs.
