The college boasts a significant faculty strength across departments, with each having at least 20 to 30 faculty members. The faculty is predominantly well-qualified, with many holding M.Tech or Ph.D. degrees and significant teaching or industry experience. The faculty-to-student ratio is approximately 40:1, ensuring personalized attention. Faculty members are approachable, supportive, and are often available outside class hours for student queries.

While the Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), and Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) departments have highly experienced faculty, newer branches like Mechanical and Civil Engineering face a faculty shortage. Overall, the teaching staff is knowledgeable, cooperative, and dedicated to student enrichment, despite a few exceptions in teaching quality.
