Likes

Every there will be a pongal fest which will be celebrated in a grand manner and college looks like a small village with lots of games,fashions,food stalls,culturals etc.
Yes, our faculty members are really good, and they support us in our exams, and the learning experience is not bad, because we have academic flexibility, so classes are not compulsory, but their teaching and mentorship was good.
The placement opportunities is excellent since they bring more number of companies and thats really great

Dislikes

High workload and stress for students making it difficult
The food in the mess is not that good and its vegetarian only.
I really don't like some rules which would make ourselves behave like anything

Good college

Likes

The infrastructure of the college is good. But the culture celebration is worst and only yearly ones
The placements are more are less good and have a effective impact
We are learning hands on sessions skills which is usefull to us

Dislikes

The collage rules that we dont like is not leaving us to celebrate cultures
First year we cant choose our room. They only alot the rooms
Now they have started new hourly attendance. which is mandatory

Placement Experience:

They have some plans like grouping based on the p skill level completion they will short us in groups. The groups are divided into 4 types. Group 1,2,3,4. Group 1 student get 8 lpa placement offers. Group 2 students get 6 to 8 lpa placement offers. Group 3 students have 3 to 6 lpa placement offers. And group 4 get less than 3 lpa placement offers.

LIFE AT BIT

Likes

Postive : They concentrate more on skills and provide pskill portal finish our levels in many domain based skills
Positve : special labs were good and helps students to partcipate and win events

Dislikes

Placement cell could be more effective avg package was low compared to other same standard colleges
OD for sports and support for sports was not good
Disciple committe would be more strict and was so depressing for students compared to other collges and no tour or IV ,IV would be only within 70km

Placement Experience:

placements was not good avg package was 3lpa and above 10 lpa only very few students get placed , they showed many companies on banner but was not much big companies like microsoft google was not coming for hiring , i would do pg if i did not get placed

We the students of Bannari amman institutt of Technology, are free to leave the examination hall on completion of the exam on before the scheduled time.
Neat and cleanly environment with Tidy hostels
A lot of placement offers and also conduction of various workshops considering our placement sides

Dislikes

Personalised competency development program
Minimal Fests and functions in the college
Minimal holidays for even semesters like 3 to 4 days

Placement Experience:

In Bannari Amman Institute of Technology we are eligible attend companies on the commencement of the sixth semester itself.Around 400 compamies including product based and service based companies, visit our college for recruit every year and we also have may placement training programmes from the very first semster itself.The highest package this year is 55 LPA annd the percentage of the students getting placed woulg be around 92.My plans after getting my degree is to attend the campus interview

Life in bannari

Likes

Attendance will be the main thing I like here.
One will be in morning another will be in afternoon
There will be no necessary to attend regular classes.

Dislikes

Dc will be one of the main irritating charecter in this college.
Even for small issues the mail will be blocked that will be irritating
And for unblocking we need to run like hell and need 3-4 faculty sign

My course is common for past few years and now I am in first year so I am studying only physics chemistry maths so I did not entered into my main course so as of now I only heard of my course and it is very good

Likes

Dc's are very strict and they will irritate you literally
Mail blocking will happen when you do any kind of mistake
That will be in un bareable pain. For unblocking we need to get sign from more than 2 faculty

Dislikes

Attendance will be liberal. Ther won't be Attendance for each and evey class.
Morning one biometric and afternoon one biometric that's all about attendance
No compulsory regular class. We can be in library furing academic hours.

My course is new to this studies and future is going to be fully with this artificial intelligence and data science. Without ai there is nothing in future. Noe I'm in first year so i didn't go into ai. Im being taught but the engineering subjects. But it is very nice couse.

Our college focuses more on skills than memorizing the book contents
The environment around us is pleasant for studying
Placement is extraordinary in our campus

Dislikes

Disciplinary committee was very strict and harsh
No culturals other than Pongal vizha and no industrial vusits
No campaigns and no time for preparing for academics

Our syllabus is well relevant and it is similar to our higher secondary portions.we have Heritage of tamils, foundational english, engineering mathematics, engineering physics, engineering chemistry,bacis of electronics engineering and fundamentals of computing

BIT is not just other colleges it is a life changing experience

Likes

The college provides main importance for skill rather then academics.
They provide good coaching for skill development through interns by test or task completions.
They give us question paper and in exams they only expect the concept not the accurate sentence given in books.

Dislikes

The strict rules that are established by the disciplinary committe.
There were no enjoyments like culturals in this college.
The college is far from city so that it is somewhat difficult for transport.
