BIT Bangalore Ph.D Computer Science And Engineering: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Ans. The full-time Ph.D. research fee at BIT Bangalore is INR 50,000 per year, totalling INR 1,50,000 over the three-year minimum duration. A one-time counselling and registration fee applies separately.

Ans. Candidates must hold a master’s degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline with a minimum of 55 percent aggregate or equivalent CGPA (50 percent for SC/ST/OBC), and qualify the VTU research entrance test or hold a valid GATE, UGC-NET, or equivalent fellowship.
