Candidate applying for admission in this program should have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized university.
Course Details
At the undergraduate level, Bangalore Institute of Technology (BIT) offers admission to B.E. The course is offered in nine different specializations for a duration of four years.
In order to take admission, students need to pass in their 10+2 level or equivalent in concerned subjects with minimum required marks set by the college. The eligible candidates are then required to appear in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) OR KCET.

- The vibe, the culture of the college, the college clubs and the faculty are really nice.
- The placements are decent enough, the college being in Bangalore.
Dislikes
- Majorly the campus and the ratio of students getting placed.
Fees and Financial Aid:
Comed-K takes a 2.64 lakh fee and 30k extra is taken by the college. The hostel (if available) takes around 1.3L/yr. Scholarship is available for students entering through the state engineering and the people from the Jammu and Kashmir region.

- I like the exposure and the crowd in the college

- There should be improvements in the college infrastructure and facilities
- More teachers should be hired as there are not much teacher
Fees and Financial Aid:
The fees varies depending in the entrance exam we have basically written.So for us comedk qualifying students had to pay about 264320 to the comedk itself and then in the college we had to pay for miscellaneous stuff such as college management fees and lab fees something like that so overall we paid around 3lakhs this year for college only and the same course is only for 1lakh for karanataka students coming in through kcet.The hostel fees for girls is around 135000 per year.As far I know they have no provision of financial assistance for outside students.It is overpriced for comedk students as there is a lot to be done in the facilities and college campus.There is very small area of the campus assigned for our college only so there is not much to explore.

- The teachers are available when approached with queries.
Dislikes
- The hostel could be improved a bit with wi-fi consideration and food quality.
Fees and Financial Aid:
The fee structure is approximately similar to all the other Engineering colleges looking into the fact that the college provides multiple labs and research libraries to all the separate departments. I don't have knowledge about scholarships.

- The environment around the college and the crowd is very good here.
- The college is in a very calm area and ease of getting books and other things.
Dislikes
- some part of the crowd is always not good
- If you seek for a big campus and enjoy college life, you can try somewhere else
Fees and Financial Aid:
Every year,the fees are hiked by almost 10 percent.For me,as i have gotten the seat through merit,the total cost for me would be 5.5 lakhs for 4 years. Various scholarships are offered to every student in the campus and you just need to fill in forms to avail them.

- The students are very much into clubs and every club organises some kind of events which makes college a fun place.
Dislikes
- The attendance issue is so prevalent i am so sick of it

Fee structure is 2.6 lacs per year. Cost is study is a bit high but fine. Now i am in 1st semester so looking forward for scholarships. But there are many clubs who really help in making us grow as a coder like gdsc , os code and many more...

- The location of the college which is in the center of the city 200m from the nearest metro.

- The campus size is small so very reserved campus life.

There is no fees hike. The cost to study here is 400000 a year including all expenses. Generally there are no scholarship,sometimes they give to the meritorious students. You can get some nice internships if you are good with tech stuff.

The thing I always felt is that the fees for Comedk students are very high it's 2.5 lakh excluding Hostel and other expenses. It's very high but the college is almost in the mid of Bangalore and it's expensive so you can assume 1-1.5 lakh fora hostel or pg. Your all cost, of the course, is between 15 to 20 lakh. Now, In return, you can grasp a package as much as you want according to your programming skills. Almost every company is coming to campus for placements and giving a good package also. But if you want to enjoy this college is not for you.

For me, the fee is 229710 per annum. But there has been a hike in fees, so please go through the college's official website for an update on the fee structure. Placement is good for 3-4 years in my college. But for internships very few companies approach college.

There is no fee hike as of now, For kcet students BIT has among the least fees to be paid compared to other colleges which I have seen till now cost to study is less. The many govt. scholarship release on the college website, Campus jobs are fairly good with increasing job offers and better job offers every year.

The fee and all are decided by the COMEDK only. But after my admission, I got to know that the very next year has a fee hike of 40k. So now the normal fee is 2.4 lakh and 27k extra admission fee taken every year by the college. Every semester they take ?1395 extra in the name of examination fees. Books we can issue from the library. Scholarships aren't provided by the college. Different government and institutions provide. We can apply there.
