Arvind Gavali College of Engineering is a premier Engineering institute affiliated to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, Lonere. It was established in the year 2010 in Satara, Maharashtra. Arvind Gavali College of Engineering offers B.Tech, M.Tech, and Polytechnic programs in various specializations.

  • For M.Tech – Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology or Pharmacy from AlCTE or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward Class categories, Economically weaker section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State);
  • For Polytechnic – Passed 10th Std./ SSC examination or its equivalent, with at least 35% aggregate marks.

Key Points:

  • Candidates who have appeared in GATE, GPAT and having score which is valid for 2024-25(as mentioned on the scorecard) are eligible for admission through CAP.
  • Candidates who have appeared GATE in 2024 but their score is not valid or have marks below qualifying marks shall be considered on the basis of Marks obtained out of 100.
  • Preference shall be given to the Valid Score candidates over not valid score.

Candidates seeking admission into B. Tech, B. Tech (Lateral) and M. Tech must applied for the concerned national or state level exams.

The college follows the below steps for CAP counseling for B.Tech and M.Tech admission:

  • Visit the official website of DTE, Maharashtra (http://www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in/)
  • Register as a new user and then fill the online form.
  • After that, candidates have to appear for verification of documents at the Facilitation Center.
  • Preference of courses and institutions to be filled and confirmed in the online form before CAP Round 1 (decreasing order of preference)
  • After the final CAP round, candidate can report to the institution and confirm admission.

For Polytechnic and Polytechnic Lateral Courses: Candidates can apply through https://poly23.dtemaharashtra.gov.in/ as per schedule.
